Pros (+) I travel to Chicago several times a year and I have to stay this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It is modern, clean, quiet and very centrally located. The most impressive thing is the staff. Everyone (from the front desk, to the cleaning ladies, etc.) is extremely helpful, polite (always say "hi"), ... I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
