The management Billy was rude and mean
Nothing not worth the money the remote was the coolest thing
Staff was both nice and respectful! Room was cozy and clean. Great location.
Elevator kept stopping on floors and getting stuck w/o the door opening. Decided to take stairwell and got locked in and had to call hotel staff to get us out. My four year old was having an anxiety due to this. There should be a no re-entry sign...
I liked the value for money, the kindness of the staff, and the location. I really liked the fact there was a great restaurant door to door so traveling in February became much more pleasant, allowing me to find great dinner easily and without wearing my coat! I also liked the space in my room and that it was very quiet although it was 4th floor and relatively close to the main road. In addition, I found the hotel policy for receiving packages very helpful! Generally, as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and that I can ask help from the staff who were very friendly.
I didn't like the fact my fridge wasn't working, I hope next time the hotel can check it before I enter the room. The positive feedback I can give is that the staff was very nice and gave me an alternative fridge that I used during my stay. Also, I would generally appreciate a bigger variety of pillows for choice. I would also add a small new sponge to clean the dishes in the kitchen so each guest will have a new personal sponge to clean dishes, which may make you feel more comfortable.
Reasonable altenartive for the more expensive hotels located in the downtown. You must have a car in order to enjoy the area. Othwewise you will be disconnected. Please make sure to ask for quite rooms that won't be facing loudly highway. Price was the key factor I decided to stay in this location. The hotel b
Nothing to say. My stay for too short though :-)
