Location, room service, style, everything
The shower curtain was too short. Every shower flooded the bathroom. It would be easy to see I was surprised staff hadn’t corrected the problem yet. It will lead to wall damage behind the tile if it hasn’t already.
The location is great! Nice views of the city from the Deluxe room. Easy access to the train, restaurants and shopping. The restaurant at the hotel had wonderful food. Front desk staff was helpful in finding us a place to eat on arrival late at night.
The only complaint I would have is the rooftop bar was closed for the season. I didn’t know at booking that they would be closed and the bar area was one of the main reasons I chose the property.
The location was perfect , nice spacious room and very clean .
Lower priced than comparable properties and very clean
Pricey valet. I parked a block away for 1/3 the price.
Staff were so friendly and offered to check us in early which was a welcome having come off the flight. Room was massive and it was just a nice stay overall.
Not much in all honesty.
