If you don’t mind being surprised with last minutes fees and charges, advantage rent a car is for you. I needed a 4 day rental for a drive to Denver, but since I lived in the same city as where I chose to rent the vehicle, I was only allowed150 miles, and everything over that would be charged 50 cents per mile unless I bought a mileage package. This place is a joke... I will only rent from hertz from here on out!!3.2 Poor

I had a guaranteed mid-size vehicle which I needed for extensive driving while in town. I arrived and only a minivan was available. After much arguing and waiting, and more waiting, a midsize came available. The person at check in counter clearly was called in last minute to complete online reservations. Due to the storm apparently the location doesn't add any insurance or prepaid gas. Horrible service and rushed. I ended up declining the car because I didn't feel comfortable driving without any coverage. By the time I came back up he was gone.Payless
