Pros: The staff wasn't outright rude at least.Cons: I rented the car for two days. Once I showed up, the staffer said that the rental would have to be for three days, since the car rental place was closed on Monday. He also mentioned it when going over all the other terms of the rental; if I wasn't paying attention I wouldn't have noticed it. When I protested and said that we had agreed for two days, the staffer shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. The staffer wasn't rude or unprofessional, he just didn't care.

Pros: The car was in good condition and operated well throughout the rental period.Cons: The rental company had no record of the rental; we ultimately initiated a new rental agreement, which resulted in our paying an extra $50 over what was advertised on Kayak.

Worst experience with a rentalCons: I called 2 hours before arriving to confirm they had the vehicle. When I arrived they couldn't find the key and after an hour of making me wait said they didn't have a vehicle and blamed Kayak!!!

No more than okPros: Low priceCons: The car was dirty, inside and out. A dashboard light went off and I could not figure out what the problem was because the car had no manual. I had to fill out a report with the same data that they had on the computer in a time when I was in a hurry to return the car. the staff were not rude but could had been more helpful.

Pros: The guy as a helper at the door was very nice(latino guy) and help full, he was there before 730 amCons: The attendent should be at the work at 7;30 I was waiting untill 8;20 untill she showd up and I missed my meetimg a big time, what do you thinking?

Pros: Car was as booked - Dodge Caravan. Drop-off was very easy. Office was open on Sunday, when many other neighborhood rental locations were closedCons: I was surprised to find the middle row was captains' chairs, rather than bench chairs. This meant total capacity was only 7, and we were a little crowded with three adults in the back row. I found a receipt in the glove compartment, showing the previous renter paid $60 daily rate, whereas I paid $79.

Dirty budget carPros: I couldn't find a better priceCons: Car was covered with bird droppings. One was on rearview mirror. When I mentioned this to manager, he said, that bird do this all the time, like it is ok to give dirty car to customer.

Don't go there. It's not worth it!Cons: The business doesn't appreciate customer satisfaction at all. They didn't have our car ready at the time of our reservation. We had to wait for 2hrs 30 minutes, which made our experience by far the worst. The manager never apologized and the representative refused to have us talk to him to ask about a possible discount. Car was also poorly maintained; dirty carpets, it wasn't vacuumed, had a foul smell in the AC.
