A remarkable experience with SIXT car rental Staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Procedure took a few minutes. The car was clean and new. The car return took a couple of minutes. Amazing car rental agency.

When I went to get my car at 18:00 GVA France sector, the desk was closed. Granted, it closes at 18:00, but I emailed several times explaining a delayed flight by Iberia and I’d be Rs I gvto get to the desk by18:00, which I did! They did not wait. The car I rented 2 months prior to save money. On my tight budget - gone like the wind. I then had ti find smother car on the spot for double the cost. Horrible customer service. Never heard a word from anyone. Don’t use Sixt. Unreliable to say the least.

I have been blamed for an existing scratch on the car, which despite providing proofs are not been taken off. SIXT is claiming €488.5 for a small less than 2 cm scratch on the bonnet. Need your help to defend my case.
