Car fine, but charged bogus fuel charge

Pros: The car was as advertised and had no mechanical problems.

Cons: Returned the car after hours with a full tank. When the charge came through to my credit card a week later I double checked the conversion from Euros and they had overcharged me $30-$40 USD. I called to find out why and they said it was a fuel charge. NOTE: we had filled up the tank 2 miles away before dropping it off. The tank was 100% full. I think they try to scam people from other countries when they do an after hours drop off, hoping people won't double check the charge and check the currency conversion. Very disappointed.

Insurance and drop off hassles

Pros: The brand new car was great.

Cons: At pick up in Cannes, they told me insurance I prepurchased was not Dollars insurance do they did not recognize one it! I bought it they Kaysk so assumed it was through the car company. Awe full service!!!! The return in Nice was. Rey bad! No place to drop off the car. Had to double park on a busy street to check the in gen drive if blocks away and park if myself in a parking garage and come back to check out. Awefull experience. Will not use Kayak or Dollar again.

Huge Provision

Pros: The car was really cheap and the shop is central.

Cons: They took 1500 Euros of provision and they still haven't returned it back. Plus, Kayak.com had not informed about the 15 Euro price for leaving the car back at night.
