The hotel is very old, facilities are terrible, staff is very rude , room is not clean and air conditioning not working I have to change the room because it was bad, then discovered that air con is not working, no fan available, the air whistling like ghost room, very noisy and sheets were not clean. I tried 4 times to speak to receptionist to help with air con and then after 4 hours he offered to try another room which was almost 11pm. I asked in the morning to speak to the manager he didn’t have the courtesy to meet me and said he is busy and not have time for complaints. Please pay some extra money and stay in money worth hotel , don’t go cheap as everything here is bad from top to bottom

Location poor quality of food and restaurants. We went all inclusive and had land day out just wanted to order pizza in restaurant and take to room. Wasn't allowed told couldn't the food out.asked for room service told it wasn't included in all inclusive. Asked if I paid additional cost for room service could i order pizza ad was told yes extortion in my opinion. Rooms were shabby and v old with poor bathrooms. The general restaurant was divided into two with one side called "Italian" served same food as other side. The so called Japanese restaurant was 5 sets of tables and chairs to the side of the public courtyard and the shop in hotel was way too over priced. Pool is very small with few beds and poor quality.
The stuff . Very rude and disrespectful. Worked of the Restaurant in the hotel are very very inappropriate to work . Definitely had a bad experience with costumer service at the restaurant and front desk .

To start with, they didn't have the room I booked. They didn't try to give me the room I booked, but they did offer me to upgrade my room for twice the price the same room was online.
