Cons: There was no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. The is a basic standard and should be remedied immediately. Our wash basin was blocked. Stupidly the safe was at floor plinth level. This is ridiculous as you had to lay on the floor to open it. Totally unacceptable particularly for older people and those with bad knees!

Cons: They shouldn't charge for that parking honestly. They should give an award to any customer capable to access there! Obviously you have the option to park anywhere else. I think this service should be a courtesy, because compared with the rest of hotel services, this is a bit annoying.

Cons: Apart from being ripped off nearly 100 euros for a small booking error, the public areas are large and poorly signed. The carpet in the first floor corridor is old and wrinkled and a trip hazard. The garage is dark and difficult to access with a large car and at 18.90 euros per night a proper rip off. A large soulless business hotel not to our taste.

The en suite room was a little cramped but clean and had a comfortable mattress and bolster pillow. My husband enjoyed the €8 buffet breakfast as they had freshly baked croissants.
Cons: I had requested a gluten free breakfast, but there was no gf bread. Although we got a parking space on the road outside, I had booked one at the hotel although, which was advisable.

Pros: After walking the camino de Santiago for a couple of days and staying in noisy hotels, this is definitely the best place to stay at! It is quiet, clean and relaxing! There is a carpet on the floor, so you do not hear the frantic jumping of unattended kids in the hallway. The location: If you are a pilgrim and have been walking from Atapuerca, as you enter the city, you have to walk for a couple of kilometres to reach the hotel. Just keep walking straight along the same street, at some point you have to turn right. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, not far from the huge cathedral. it is also close to the bus station, only 10 minutes walk. There are cafes and restaurants around, so you won¨t stay hungry. There is a supermarket nearby too, it takes maybe 15 minutes, and you can still find that couscous that works well for vegans. It is a bit difficult to find, but the staff at the hotel and the locals have been helpful. The room The bed was comfortable, nice to sleep in it. There was a bench for the luggage. There were to lights next to the bed, toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom OMG, the bathroom was an experience. It had a very complicated nipple-looking system for turning the shower on, and on the same rack it was mounted something that was supposed to be bidet. Until I found the right buttons, the whole bathroom got wet, along with the towels, and no matter how environmentally-friendly I wanted to be - it did not work, I still had to have my towels changed. The staff: The staff was friendly and helpful, with everything, all the questions that i had. It was open 24hours. Other It is possible to get only coffee for breakfast, instead having the whole breakfast. One could use the stairs, instead of the elevator. All in all, it is worth the money. Good job! :)

Cons: It could do with more light, like some shining from the ceiling. Its difficult to pack a suitcase, I had to place it on the table. Unmarked stairs to the first floor. It would be difficult to be environmentally-friendly with that shower system that you have put in use. You can imagine that it takes some time learn to use it, and first-time users are bound to get the whole bathroom wet. There was something wrong with the TV, on certain channels there was this loud few sentence outbirst - which was, I guess for people with hearing problems, maybe? I could not figure it out.

Pros: The hotel room was very nice and clean and quiet. There was a good size balcony which was handy for our dog. It was no problem having a pet. The staff were very nice. Good position when travelling, close to motorway.
Cons: The restaurant did not open on time because there was not enough staff to cover the bar and restaurant. The same waiter was doing both and he was trying very hard. This is the second time we have stayed here and the same delay happened on both occasions. In fact one table of people walked out as no one was serving. Also, they need a better chef. It is a shame because the hotel could be excellent if these problems were resolved

Very helpful and extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and the selection was ok. One thing to take note of is that the parking garage is very low. Just over 2 meters which makes it very low even for a normal sized vehicle with roofbox

Cons: Our booking did not include breakfast, though I wasn't sure of this. Apparently there was some confusion about this; anyway, it was resolved satisfactorily.

Cons: I think the owners of the establishment have to invest into renovation. This hotel looks very abandoned and not taken care of. Also, the breakfast coffee was the worst coffee I have ever tried in my entire life. The coffee machine is just pouring sugar and brown dusty mess.
