Most secure parking imaginable - ours was the only car in a small garage (for three cars) below the hotel, only accessible via a lift. Huge double room, most comfortable bed imaginable, spotlessly clean, all staff very helpful and friendly. We were going to put, under "What didn't you like?", the fact that our plans only allowed us to spend the one night there, but were worried that a summarised, graphic/coloured score system might show something negative!

Location
The beds have plastic Mattress protectors on. Therefore I did not sleep well. The breakfast was a bit stale curly cheese. Coffee in drinkable ...stewed !

The hotel is well situated. Most of the places you want to go to in Burgos are within a few minutes walk. Bus transport is near by. Restaurants, tapas bars and cafes are just out the door. Burgos is a beautiful city, a change from the "cascos" found elsewhere.
In terms of Burgos itself I have no complaints, as to the hotel, another case. My one complaint is that there was a loud noise in the mornings coming from somewhere, might have been another rooms shower, but it was consistent timewise.
