Cons: No big deal, but there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not preserve leftover food or keep drinks cold.

Cons: upon arrival the toilet seat was noticeably dirty and parking was not available due to hotel capacity. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned including floors, toilet, sink and counter. I found items under bed and side table from previous guests. There was a broken piece on the closet door that made a loud noise every time opened. Rotten fruit and stale bread put out at breakfast. I posted Do Not Disturb sign two days and both days an employee woke me knocking on the door. End.

Cons: The customer service at the front desk was terrible

Cons: front desk staff was rude and treated us like second class citizens. after seeing this listing, we asked the first agent if there was a room and she immediately, without looking, said they were sold out. as soon as my girlfriend started to mention seeing rooms online the manager gave us a line about having to buy online. we had to sit in the lobby and bought the room on the app.. we asked if these rooms were held by kayak and similar companies and the mgr said no. which means they were lying about their availability. my girlfriend and i are both front desk managers at much busier and nicer hotels in Yellowstone, and our staff would be in serious trouble if they treated our guests like we were treated. the bell/valet and housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful!

Cons: Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake. The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered.

Cons: Parking is limited due to its location. It's all paid parking or street parking unless you want to pay for valet parking through the hotel.

Cons: Not many parking spots.

Cons: Rooms were on the smaller side, bathrooms were dated for a downtown hotel

Cons: While we were there, the rooftop bar, promised to be open year-round was closed due to the Buffalo weather. That was a disappointment.

Cons: That the toilet was out in the open in the bathroom. The screens don’t help with privacy. Having a door to the toilet would be preferable.

Cons: Carpet was old.

Cons: To many children in rooms

Cons: When you and your wife get a little one night getaway. A fire alarm going off at 9:30 at night is a pretty crappy occurrence. When there is a second fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning, that was obviously a mistake since it was quickly shut off within a minute of going off with no explaination or compensation this becomes a place you will never go back to!

Cons: Loud guests as neighbors. We witnessed multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot from our window in our room.

Cons: No Jacuzzi.

Cons: The hotel appears luxury. But our shower knob to turn on was stuck, nobody had vaccuned the floor in a bit (there was a wine cap under the bed and a tennis ball) the safety seals on half of the shampoo/condition/lotions were already broken and used a little bit, the fridge did not make things cold And my friend thought the towels smelled a bit like mildew. We also had a large college hockey team staying on our floor that came back at about 2/3 am very drunk and very loud, you could hear everything from everywhere. I also paid extra for two queen beds and what we got was not queens. They charge you for breakfast for late check out for almost everything and make sure you watch the bill just in case because I heard people having problems of extra charges on their card at the front desk.

Cons: Rooms could have been cleaner. But not terrible.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. Pool got a bit crowded.

Cons: Facility and rooms could stand to be updated. Hallways were dark. Room was dark and the desk& dresser were kinda worn.

Cons: After seeing that breakfast was included online we were told at the front desk that people that book online for the hotel don’t get breakfast. I tried to show the lady the reservation however she dismissed any proof and just said anyone who books online has to pay extra for breakfast. This was a damper on our vacation as we didn’t budget breakfast every morning. We ended in going somewhere other than the hotel as their breakfast wasn’t anything special and rather pricy.

Cons: The hotel is very old. I heard the people on the floor above me very clear as their kids ran around. There's only 2 elevators throughout the entire hotel and they take forever. I had no fitted sheet on my bed and only one part of the got warm. The Wi-Fi did not work for my one night stay which really sucked.

Cons: The restaurant was way too expensive. Television channel selection was very limited. Free WiFi signal was erratic.

Cons: Found out we could have saved $60 by calling the hotel directly.

Cons: That the pool was closed on Saturday. We registered for the Millennium because my daughter had a competition and it was just down the street from the competition. We could have easily stayed home it would only have been a 20 minute drive but we wanted to get away even though it was only 20 minutes away to get a break, allow for swimming.... then to check in and there is a not at the desk that the pool was closed until 11:30am. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and guess what she wanted to do around the competition, swim. I didn't like the bigger teens running at the pool and flipping in, no consideration for others in the pool especially little kids. I understand that parents are supposed to be down there but some came with a parent and some did not, but they still did not say anything. I think it might be good for a swing by every once and a while from any staff member of the hotel. It could be anyone with a uniform to just check in and tell people if they see anything wrong. They do not have to take tons of time out, just to a quick check and report to the front desk or sign in a log at the pool. Nothing big. I don't know how to help this but kids running up and down the hallways for hours.

Cons: I arrived a little late in the evening and the bar and grill was still open. I went in for food and a drink. There was a very very loud, crude table of people sitting near the bar which I'm sure sent other patrons running for the door. They were beyond drunk and using language that was completely uncalled for and inappropriate for a family establishment. This went on for almost 2 hours. Shame on the bartender for not asking them to leave/ be considerate of others in the bar, not everyone wants to hear racially/ sexually charged language at a decibel level of 700.

Cons: The only thing I did not like was that the air conditioner broke in my room. We were moved immediately and placed in an equally nice room though.

Cons: Room was hot although not a big deal

Cons: Overall facility is straight out of the 80's. Overall needs and upgrade, but caters to the Niagara Falls bound crowd, so probably fine for most. At $105/night I guess I can't complain.

Cons: smell of paint

Cons: The money we spent for the room would have been acceptable if their was a continental breakfast and an more efficient TV with remote.

Cons: Facility very dated. Flashback to early 90's. I assume if it was updated it would be a lot higher price.
