10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lit
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The design of the room, the comfortable bed, the features of the bathroom and controlling the lighting from the bed. Loved the toilet and bathtub!
Cons: That the toilet was out in the open in the bathroom. The screens don’t help with privacy. Having a door to the toilet would be preferable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful hotel! It is a beautifully restored old building that stays true to its heritage, but with all the modern, high tech conveniences. Stunning!
Cons: While we were there, the rooftop bar, promised to be open year-round was closed due to the Buffalo weather. That was a disappointment.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The service from the butler staff was wonderful! We got upgraded to a lovely room, and there were free cookies and drinks. The decor was lovely.
Cons: The toilet didn't flush properly.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This was our second stay at the Mansion. The first was for our wedding night a few years ago. From what I can see, nothing has suffered in these last few years. The staff at the Mansion are wonderful and available to take care of you, whatever you need. Not sure what you need? Ask the staff and they'll help you out. If you like being pampered, this is the place. The place is stunning; take time to wander the Mansion and look at the woodworking and other details.
Cons: The only reason I didn't give the facilities a top rating is because some of the cabinets or other fixtures in the room could use replacement. Just some basic wear and tear that is easily remedied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service was top notch. Free Range Rover shuttle was excellent. Honor bar in the billboards room was fantastic as was the complimentary breakfast spread the next morning. Very close to everything downtown Buffalo has to offer.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent nights stay. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and modern and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I (we live in Buffalo) stayed here for a weekend "staycation" to do things in the city that we wouldn't typically do, despite living about 3-4 miles away. The hotel was very nice, the room was well appointed, staff were friendly.
Cons: Not a huge criticism, but it was somewhat "remarkably unremarkable." Had a drink at the 7th floor bar that was pretty good but pretty sure it cost like $16, I'm not sure it was quite that good.

7.4 Good
Pros: It was clean and a nice enough hotel.
Cons: WiFi was 5.95/day. Water is $5. At these rates for a slightly better then normal hotel I wouldn’t have expected to have to pay for WiFi, but they seem to want to nickel and dime you every step of the way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel was fantastic!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing stay. Incredible facilities and well-trained, friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: This was a very unique place to stay and was beautiful. Hotel is close to downtown and all of the sights of Buffalo. It is also near a busy street of shops and restaurants. Great little bar which had nice cocktails and happy hour.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was there was no history of the place on display. They are set to open an architecture museum but having a museum of the actual facility and history there would have been amazing so was quite disappointing
7.7 Good
Cons: Fitness center was a little sparse on equipment; had free weights, but no bench.

6.5 Good
Pros: Close to airport with shuttle service, friendly staff
Cons: Avoid in winter. Entire lobby and bar area close to freezing. Heater couldn't keep up with cold air from front doors. Could see my breath inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds were very comfy shower area nice and clean lines. Room was clean and comfortable
Cons: Would like more lighting in the room
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel right across from the airport. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Great walk in shower. Will stay great again when I have an early flight.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The Aloft properties in the Sheraton company are nice, comfortable hotels with pleasant rooms and welcoming lobbies. This hotel has a nice pool, good fitness room and a lobby stocked with games including a pool table. Having families using them gave the place a nice, sociable atmosphere. Located just across from the airport and not to far off I-90 it is easy to get to. I stayed here twice, on both directions of a road trip from Massachusetts to Ohio.
Cons: The modern decor in the rooms means roller shades and no sheer curtain that would let daylight in but preserve privacy. This is a big drawback. I had difficulty controlling the temperature in the rooms in both ends of my trip. The fancy 7-day, programmable thermostat seems like overkill for a hotel room. The food in the lobby seems pricey. Feeding a family there could really set you back.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: New, clean and great location near Buffalo airport
Cons: No couch or lounge chair in room - but a very nice room for the money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport Nice interior Attention to detail in their design choices Fun vibe in the lobby Board games! (Nice touch)
Cons: -The area: It's not sketchy, but there's nothing within walking distance. -It's directly adjacent to a less fancy motel. Go into fitness area, see the wall of a crappy motel through the window... -Ground level rooms: don't know who would want to stay in there, but they're directly visible from the outside sidewalk and parking lot. -No tinting on the windows or secondary curtains: these windows only have 1 curtain. So you either have zero daylight, or max brightness (if your window faces the sun).
7.1 Good
Pros: Cool funky modern looking hotel
Cons: Food selection is limited and way overpriced. Hotel has an address on Genesee St.; it's actually on Burgess - tip: take the turn at McDonald's
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it there my kids had a great time in the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet room with pleasant staff made our stay. Shuttle service was appreciated.
Cons: The smoke detector light was within sight of the bed--with a glaring green light. We put a hat over it in order to dim the light. It would be great to move that away from the bed or exchange it for a device without the light. Otherwise, thanks for a lovely stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very retro chic, but still warm and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing, it is a great hotel I have stayed in A lofts in other cities as well as Buffalo. And, I was very pleased everywhere I stayed. I would highly recommend the Aloft.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice people with a neat modern twist in style/design.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: plenty of space, very clean and comfortable - friendly front desk and housekeeping staff! - Same experience last year at the Aloft in Franklin TN
Cons: location - convenient to airport but I was visiting Niagara Falls - worth the drive though so no issue.. I would not have stayed elsewhere.. This was a great property

Cons: Tv's way too small and remote was not working well

Pros: It was close to the airport. The shuttle was timely leaving and when we arrived back, after we called, the shuttle was there within 5 minutes. Prompt and courteous driver.

Pros: Clean, Nice compact rooms with mini kitchen. Bathroom needs some renovation. We stayed at Rm. 425 with walk- in shower, looks moldy and dirty but everything looks good. Where is that switch for the exhaust fan. Will visit again. Love Niagara Falls!!

7.4 Good
Pros: comfortable, modern room and it was very convenient to our purpose in buffalo
Cons: front desk staff was rude and treated us like second class citizens. after seeing this listing, we asked the first agent if there was a room and she immediately, without looking, said they were sold out. as soon as my girlfriend started to mention seeing rooms online the manager gave us a line about having to buy online. we had to sit in the lobby and bought the room on the app.. we asked if these rooms were held by kayak and similar companies and the mgr said no. which means they were lying about their availability. my girlfriend and i are both front desk managers at much busier and nicer hotels in Yellowstone, and our staff would be in serious trouble if they treated our guests like we were treated. the bell/valet and housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful!
6.5 Good
Pros: Very good location, clean comfortable room
Cons: Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake. The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered.
7.7 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to downtown. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
Cons: Parking is limited due to its location. It's all paid parking or street parking unless you want to pay for valet parking through the hotel.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great ; the pool was refreshing and my bed was luxurious.
Cons: Not a thing!
5.1 OK
Cons: After seeing that breakfast was included online we were told at the front desk that people that book online for the hotel don’t get breakfast. I tried to show the lady the reservation however she dismissed any proof and just said anyone who books online has to pay extra for breakfast. This was a damper on our vacation as we didn’t budget breakfast every morning. We ended in going somewhere other than the hotel as their breakfast wasn’t anything special and rather pricy.
7.7 Good
Pros: Pool side room. Retro feel, friendly staff.
Cons: Rooms could have been cleaner. But not terrible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was impeccable.. the staff is extremely accommodating. They gave us an early check in and a late check out. The shuttle bus driver was so awesome, he drove us to the airport and back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My wife and I and our two kids visit Buffalo quite often. We usually stay downtown. This time we decided to give the Millennium a try - let me say that we were pleasantly surprised. What a great hotel - check in was a breeze- staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a room connected to the atrium where the pool is located. Room was beautiful - had a two beds and a sitting area. Can't say enough about the pool and the space in the atrium. The atrium and pool were great and there was lots of space for the kids to run around and play. Loved that we could order room service to the pool - Great job Millennium - We will definitely be back. Thanks
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The hotel room was nice. Pool was heated. Restaurant was good. Location was great also, very close to the mall, restaurants and highway. Tv had Netflix and other apps which was very useful.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. Pool got a bit crowded.
6.0 Good
Pros: We only stayed one night so it did it’s job. The lobby was nice.
Cons: The hotel appears luxury. But our shower knob to turn on was stuck, nobody had vaccuned the floor in a bit (there was a wine cap under the bed and a tennis ball) the safety seals on half of the shampoo/condition/lotions were already broken and used a little bit, the fridge did not make things cold And my friend thought the towels smelled a bit like mildew. We also had a large college hockey team staying on our floor that came back at about 2/3 am very drunk and very loud, you could hear everything from everywhere. I also paid extra for two queen beds and what we got was not queens. They charge you for breakfast for late check out for almost everything and make sure you watch the bill just in case because I heard people having problems of extra charges on their card at the front desk.
5.1 OK
Cons: When you and your wife get a little one night getaway. A fire alarm going off at 9:30 at night is a pretty crappy occurrence. When there is a second fire alarm at 1:30 in the morning, that was obviously a mistake since it was quickly shut off within a minute of going off with no explaination or compensation this becomes a place you will never go back to!
6.8 Good
Pros: The room it self was nice.
Cons: The hotel is very old. I heard the people on the floor above me very clear as their kids ran around. There's only 2 elevators throughout the entire hotel and they take forever. I had no fitted sheet on my bed and only one part of the got warm. The Wi-Fi did not work for my one night stay which really sucked.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed there last month, black mold in bathroom. Gave it another try because the kids LOVE the pool. This time better service, clean etc.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The location
Cons: Loud guests as neighbors. We witnessed multiple drug deals going on in the parking lot from our window in our room.
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean , they are doing upgrades which are needed
Cons: Carpet was old.

Featuring 396 recently renovated guestrooms, two unique restaurants and fitness room. Hotel is connected to the Buffalo Convention Center via climate controlled pedestrian walkway and is just steps away from First Niagara Center and Coca Cola Field for concerts and sporting events.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We were very impressed during our stay. Right from our check in with Jimmy at the front desk to our departure, we were treated very well and were very comfortable during our stay. The restaurant was excellent as well and it was a nice treat to see the streetcar drive by every few minutes as we were enjoying our breakfast. The pool was also nice. Terrific value. Thank you very much.
Cons: I would suggest the addition of a color printer in the business area instead of just the black and white. I would also suggest having the pool area change room saunas repaired.
7.7 Good
Pros: Staff were Amazing. Especially Corrine, Holly and Xiamora. Great service, provide awesome information and very welcoming. Valet parking is work the extra $10.
Cons: Had an issue with housekeeping. But im sure it was just a one off and normally not an issue. Parking in the winter is tight
5.4 OK
Pros: The staff was able to provide first aide supplies immediately upon request.
Cons: Pool was filthy cigarette butts in filter and my son's finger was severely cut while in the pool by a piece of sharp plastic discarded into the pool. Staff did not offer or provide any apology or compensation (even a snack would have been appreciated by a child in pain).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable. Was in town for a concert and after walking back to the hotel it was so awesome to just be able to crash in that bed, turn the tv on and fall right to sleep. Lotta great bars in the area for food. Wanna watch the bills game go to Bada Bing. Good food, cute waitresses, 1 block away, get there early it gets crazy. Anchor bar is very close also, worth the trip.
Cons: Pay $20 per night for self parking across the street.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: everything except the annoying rattling in the walls
Cons: we stayed in 2 rooms. Both had constant rattling inside the walls. Originally I thought is was small animal but found out later, on windy days, the wind finds its way in the side walls. The sound must be the wires. It was so bad we all bought earplugs for the 2nd (last) night. I informed the front desk when I checked out. They are well aware of the problem. I guess it's a common complaint but nothing they can do about it.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable room with very friendly staff
Cons: Slow elevator
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so friendly and inviting!
5.7 OK
Pros: Rooms were clean, elevators were fast, located in a nice area, close to the night life of buffalo. Staff at front counter was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Found someone's nasty dirty washcloth hanging in the shower, makes you wonder if it had been cleaned or overlooked. Valet staff hung up on me on the phone when I asked for my car to kindly be retrieved, I questioned if they had heard me, or if I lost connection, yet when I went to the atrium, I could see they had retrieved my car. Pool open inconvenient hours on the weekend. We left just after 9:00am on a Sunday morning, and the pool was not open yet.
7.4 Good
Pros: Something I dont usually see - Toothpaste! The restaurant in the hotel was great too. Since we were in Buffalo we ordered the Buffalo style wings - some of the best I have had! Lots of Pats fans from out of town - nice atmosphere after a road game.
Cons: Bathroom was a little cramped and dated - bathtub could use to be replaced.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Pool was cold
4.0 OK
Pros: Staff very nice room clean cleaning service staff awesome
Cons: Soda venders
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent and very helpful.
Cons: Rooms could use an update but still very good.

Pros: It was my first time working with kayak, and everything went super smooth. Check in was easy and the hotel room was gorgeous. Beds could be a little more comfortable, but im just very picky. Gorgeous hotel room, and super clean. Conveniently located. Very happy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Hampton Inn is right in the center of Downtown Buffalo with great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the rates were generally affordable.
Cons: No big deal, but there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not preserve leftover food or keep drinks cold.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and comfortable
Cons: The customer service at the front desk was terrible
4.2 OK
Pros: Staff was friendly and responsive when addressing my complaints. The gym had basic equipment and was organized and appeared clean. End.
Cons: upon arrival the toilet seat was noticeably dirty and parking was not available due to hotel capacity. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned including floors, toilet, sink and counter. I found items under bed and side table from previous guests. There was a broken piece on the closet door that made a loud noise every time opened. Rotten fruit and stale bread put out at breakfast. I posted Do Not Disturb sign two days and both days an employee woke me knocking on the door. End.

Embassy Suites Buffalo covers a city block in the Central Business District surrounded by the city's government, finance and legal centers. Buffalo's Theater District and Chippewa Entertainment District are within blocks and more than 50 restaurants are within a half a mile. A complimentary light rail train is three blocks away, running from KeyBank Center (home of the Buffalo Sabres and to many concerts/events) to the nationally recognized Theater District – home to Sheas Performing Arts Center, Irish Classical Theater, The Alleyway Theater, The Tralf, The Towne Ballroom and much more. The Buffalo Niagara Convention Center is an easy stroll. Anchoring the first seven floors of Avant, Embassy Suites Buffalo is part of an innovative, mixed-use vertical community reclaimed from a decommissioned federal building. Embracing green construction standards, the former structure was stripped to the shell and replaced with a dramatic glass curtain wall design on the outside and the latest in guest comfort and amenities within the brand new all-suite hotel. Each of the two-room suites shares the drama of the glass wall views, as well as designer furniture, finishes and wall coverings. Thirty-two inch LCD televisions are mounted in both the living room and bedroom of each suite. Guests will also enjoy in-room High Speed Internet Access (wired and wireless), wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave and other extras. Ten expanded suites offer in-room whirlpool tubs. It offers a high end lounge with large-screen televisions and comfortable fare as well as a sweeping patio featuring a fireplace, outdoor grill and direct connection to the active night scene on Chippewa. Avant’s stunning architecture has quickly become a downtown signature. The gradual, undulating, glass wave on the front of the building creates a distinctive profile, as well as a "bump out" of additional space in Executive Suites on the east side of the building. While each hotel room has it's own distinct view including Lake Erie, the Niagara River, City Hall, cityscapes and even the mist of Niagara Falls – these "bump out" rooms offer stunning floor-to-ceiling city views with the feeling of being suspended over Delaware Avenue below. Guests can relax in an oversized whirlpool facility or enjoy lap swimming in the adjacent indoor pool. A wide variety of cardio and weight-training equipment await in the fitness center. Both areas have controlled access for hotel guests. An airport shuttle is available to all guests for a $10 fee one way, per room. It leaves the hotel at the top of each hour and runs from 7am - 10pm. Embassy Suites Buffalo is located within minutes of the regions major highways including the New York State Thruway, Interstate 190, and Routes 5 and 33. All meeting rooms offer full catering and audio visual support. The Embassy Suites Buffalo at Avant offers the very best of Buffalo, within its doors and at its doorstep.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice, and large, and pretty comfortable. I appreciated free wifi, a nice fitness club, with hot tub and pool, and a decent free breakfast.
Cons: When the heating system in our room cycled on, it made a noise that sounded like an alarm going off. Not loud, but loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. On a more inor note, there was no clock in the pool/ spa room, which is problematic, since you can't keep your ohone handy in the pool or hot tub.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing, even though the weather wasn't great we were a short walk from a bunch of different restaurants and bars.
Cons: When we first arrived housekeeping entered our room with out knocking and proceeded to have a conversation with us while we were in bed, it bothered me that they hadn't communicated that we had already checked in. They were wondering when we were checking out even though we had just checked in maybe 2 hours before.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast and the view of the St. Patrick's Day parade right from the room
Cons: nothing. everything was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the whole experience, the large bathtub, the evening reception and the omelet station at breakfast.

Cons: We made reservations thru a trusted website and drove : hours to get there. The receptionist said she could not fiend out reservation. We shower her the confirming email and a printout of the rxomfirmation of our room with 2 queen birds and a out couch. .when we got there the reservation was not to be found and they didn't even have a room with the 2 beds available We ended up. Having to pay for a second room and waisted all of our time that we missed our event . It was a waisted trip and also very frustrating
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how seemingly clean my room was.
Cons: I didn't appreciate that during the middle my check-in the front desk woman took a random phone call about "potential cancellation" . The call took awhile and she didn't even apologize for the wait. Plus she said my card would be "on file" IN CASE of incidentals...she didn't inform me that she was swiping my card for $75 !!!!! plus another charge for 15. When I called they said it will take at least 3 days to credit my account. I like transparency when I lodge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean, excellent breakfast and evening happy hour. Very nice pool/spa area and the fitness center actually had a decent selection of weights and cardio

Pros: Location was great! Had to be at the convention center and hotel is just a short walk from the convention center. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! Also liked the complimentary bottled water.
Cons: Refrigerator could have been a bit colder but kept food cold enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was very nice and comfortable
6.8 Good
Pros: Room was very well furnished, clean and comfortable..
Cons: My room was noisy from some internal ventilation noise. TGIFridays was very loud and dirty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel on premises, location to public transportation, cleanliness, overall everything was great
Cons: not an ice machine on every floor, slow elevators
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The lobby was rough due to construction and there was not a public restroom on the first floor. Parking was not close to carry our luggage to and from. The staff was not overly friendly and the breakfast was overcrowded and not refilled when we had got there.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I had ever slept on - and the sheets had a subtle, very fresh scent.
Cons: Lobby was being renovated, so there was a funky smell - due to construction. Not a huge problem, just when we passed through.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great and 1 bedroom was plenty spacious. It was close to the train and bus route stops. There were plenty of places to eat and have a drink near by.
Cons: They didn't have real glasses available for drinking out of.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are large. Breakfast is fantastic
Cons: No on site parking. The neighborhood may not be the greatest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We will definitely stay here again. A huge, clean and comfortable room for a reasonable price.
Cons: Parking was not on site and you had to pay for a nearby ramp. But that was about the same as the mandatory valet parking other hotels have downtown.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We were allowed to check in early, which was so greatly appreciated. The guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect start to our overnight stay.
Cons: It was cold in the breakfast area, but I know the doors were open for maintenance being done.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very helpful.
Cons: There is no parking onsite. I believe that that should have been disclosed. It was a hardship for me with a walking disability to walk 4 blocks away to park the car. It was very inconvenient to drop off and pick up the luggage.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely comfortable king bed and a great(6) pillow selection. Very clean with 2 tv's in 2 diff. areas. Comp. breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous. A TGIFridays is in the same building and a Dunkin Donuts is 1/2 block down.
Cons: No on site parking. Parking is 2 blocks away in a parking garage and is free for 1 in and out only. If you are going to come and go then its $5 every time or you can get unlimited for $10 at the desk. The fridge in our room wasn't very cold even on max setting.

8.5 Excellent
Pros: the staff was warm and friendly and accommodating as much as they could be.
Cons: no refrigerator and no microwave in room which seems standard at even lesser hotels.
4.5 OK
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
Cons: Out-dated small room. Paid for two queen beds and our room had two full beds. No refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker was missing the filter/ground coffee holder compartment. Overall, I wouldnt stay there again nor would I recommend anyone.
6.8 Good
Pros: i like the location was awesome. Breafast buffet was a good value. staff was friendly. the bar had really good drinks.
Cons: hotel just needs some updating. a small facelift.
4.8 OK
Pros: This property is in dire need of updating. It was at one time a showplace. Now, not at all. Very dated.
Cons: Small rooms, bad coffee, worn carpet, no on site store, broken vending machine, malfunctioning heater in room, telephone message light that you couldn't turn off.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our second visit to the hotel and we love the location. We have experienced good service both from the hotel and the restaurant.
Cons: No problems at all to report.
5.4 OK
Pros: The location is great. We went for an event at the Niagara arena. We could easily walk there.
Cons: We were charged 10.00 to park our car...why that is a charge for guests is beyond me. The key card to the garage didn't work that was extremely annoying. The fan in the bathroom doesn't turn off so you had to listen to it run all night. We got very little sleep because of it. The hotel needs 5o be seriously updated ...it's way over priced
6.2 Good
Pros: The staff were great.
Cons: I know the building was being renovated, but my first room had a heating unit that was broken, then they transferred us into another room, it had a cracked window. The bathroom cleanliness was suspect at best, with black gunk in the corners of the shower, etc...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking not included.
6.2 Good
Pros: The location was conveincnt and the price was ok for what you got. Easy on and off the Highway. And the parking was free
Cons: Small rooms, long walk from parking to room, but that is to be expected for a convention hotel. Small bathroom too
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice having a restaurant and bar right in the hotel, very convenient. There was a long line for check in, probably because there was a hockey game & 2 weddings that day but we appreciated the free parking & 15% off restaurant coupon they gave out due to the wait.
Cons: There is no parking lot to park your car while you check in so it was a bit hectic checking in & bringing our bags in, but we were grateful for the complimentary parking which is normally $10/day
4.0 OK
Pros: At first glance, Adam's Mark has a pretty entrance complete with a fountain and colorfully lit interior. Parking, while not included, is $10 per night. It is located within walking distance to the metro Church street station.
Cons: The actual hotel rooms are dimly lit and shows sign of age. The bathroom light flickered intermittently. Worst of all was being awoken at 2am by an antiquated PA system due to "unexplained technical difficulties". The night staff was unprepared to handle the situation as guests wandered aimlessly outside. The morning staff adamantly refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and only begrudgingly offered to waive the parking fee for the night. Not worth the cost and headache.
6.8 Good
Pros: Pretty good hotel
Cons: There were no carts to take luggage up stairs and no staff member offered to help.
