Great servuce!Pros:The employees were very eager to please. Got me right through tge paper work and into my car.Cons:They had said for me look over the car for any scratches bigger than a dollar bill. So I did and found one one the rear left quarter panel. It was not noted on my form, so I went back in and told them. They had added the scratch on their copy while I was outside. So I had them fix my form so I would not be liable for this scratch. Just a little more care on the paperwork is needed. Thanks.Reviewed 14 Apr 2018

Quick and EasyPros:The vehicle was in good condition mechanically which made operating it enjoyable. It also had modern features such as a backup camera and USB/Bluetooth ports which were convenient.Cons:I ordered a midsize - they ran out. I was upgraded for 'free' BUT an SUV uses more fuel and thus was less econimical once I had to refill the gas tank. An SUV is also bigger. There was no step bar. As a 5'0 woman I felt like I had to polevault to get into the Toyota 4runner. Also, there was a bottle of apple cider vinegar in the armrest compartment from the previous user. Lastly, there was no windshield fluid. I had to stop at a service station to clean my windows manually.Reviewed 3 Apr 2018

Pay a little extra for a lot more.Pros:They had a vehicle available.Cons:Rude and aggressive customer service at the airport kiosk, interior of vehicle was dirty & had trash left in it, was given different information on three separate occasions in regard to reserving an AWD vehicle, and then blamed for not reserving the right vehicle. Because there are a handful of other companies to choose from I’d recommend saving yourself the frustration and wasted energy on dealing with the employees who could care less about your needs and business.Reviewed 27 Mar 2018
