Cons: Staff is quite useless, on overall. Could have done better. Also, we forgot a pair of glasses in the room and never got them back.usually if you forget smt in the room they call you. In this case i emailed them twice (very hard to find their contact info because they are a chain) with no answer and after looking everywhere for a phone number they would answer to, i spoke to a dude and never heard back again. That's the problem with hotel chains: they hire cheap and service is always meh. Also, parking has no elevator.

Cons: Not to recommend. The staff is RUDE and incompetent. The housekeeping took away a towel that we brought ourselves (in a pink color, not white). Then the receptionist was just too arrogant and pompous to help. After claiming that it might have been our own fault to forget where we left it. It appeared again, next morning, brought by the house keeper with suspicious brown flakes allover. It could have been a minor matter, if we didn't have to call the reception twice and got very unfriendly and unhelpful comments all the time. Not to recommend. Very very bad experience.

Cons: There is no outside sitting area it’s closed so you can’t enjoy the view of the river and there is no kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea there was a died spider on the side table of the bed more over the room I booked didn’t have a bathtub and no view from my room.

Lady in front desk doing the check in was kinda rude when telling me that information in booking was wrong and i have to pay it if I want to park there... Cons: The mattress is a bit on the hard side while the pillow is very soft; I used 2 of them. And there is no kettle to make a cup of tea, and I was looking do forward to that.

Cons: Very little to dislike, staff were unable to guarantee a parking space when I was making the booking, but it is supposed to be aimed a rail travellers, so I can understand that. In the end, there was convenient (paid) parking next to the hotel.

Cons: Pretty warm rooms. Opening a window is not an option due to the noise of the train station.
The taste of the coffee was not hot and not very tasty. Even with only few people having breakfast we had to ask for coffee severals times.
All in all the staff was moderate polite but nothing more.
Parking in the hotel is very expansive and the free wifi is only working in slow motion.

Pros: The location was fantastic and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was a great spread of fruits, eggs, breads and cereals.
Cons: My one complaint is they gave one login for the wifi so I could only connect one device and it was pretty slow. You could spend more for the premium wifi.

Cons: - I booked apartment - for me, that means two separate rooms. we were supposed to be 3 people, than at the end we were only 2. our stay would be really bad if we were 3, because we got a regular room with big bed and extra couch. it was a business trip for 6 nights. The only thing that reminded it to be an apartment was a tiny kitchen - in 6 nights, not once, came someone to clean the room. we had to request toilet paper in the main building, and later had to get one on our own. we were said that in the apartment booking it is not ususal to clean rooms.....but at the end we were offered complimentary breakfast (but we alaready ate, so didnt use this offer) - first night was veeery cold, we had to go buy new warm cloths for the rest of our stay.

Pros: The bedding was super comfortable-loved it. I stay at a lot of hotels and this bed/bedding was amongst the most comfortable. Two very good nights sleep.
Cons: It advertised as having parking. However there is limited space and I had to complain and wait for 25 mins to get my car in on one occasion.

Pros: The location is very central, close to good restaurants, you can walk everywhere. If you travel for business - you do not pay the city tax.
Cons: In general - hotel needs a renovation. Trains passing through the city centre...not that I would blame the hotel for it - it is just a fact. I did not buy breakfast at the hotel so cannot compare, however just around a corner there is "Bagel Brothers" - great place with superb breakfast for 7 Eur. Parking is 15 Eur per night (not the cheapest one, don't you think?)

Cons: The hotel has clearly seen better days: Plaster is falling off walls, bathrooms are only semi-clean. Nevertheless, the rooms are not noisy, and the location in Bonn centre close to the main station, shops and the popular Südstadt with bars and cafés is excellent.

Cons: WiFi was a disappointment. Forget about Netflix and other streaming services, depending on time of the day I could not even download my email messages. Room furniture should have been discarded years ago. Carpets were worn, especially on the corridors. There was a small fridge in the room (a mini bar of sorts, but empty), but it has been somehow set to idle. Its lamp lit up when I opened the door, but cooling was off. Reception informed me that this was the hotel's policy. I could not keep my own sodas cool in the fridge, instead I had to get down to the lobby and purchase what I needed there. I paid 250 Euros for two nights in March. Rather steep prices for what it offers I may say!

Pros: The hotel is located right in the centre of the city and with direct access to Bonn's main sight-seeings. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the dining room area was nice. For a one night stay it is adequate.
Cons: We were lodged in the hotel's "family room" which is in the top floor and with shared bathroom. The room setup was strange: the shower and sink were not independent (it was inside the room). Worst of all, the heating did not work! Fortunately, the hotel staff understood the situation and they moved us to a (much better) apartment which had a more reasonable distribution. If we ever visit again we would book the apartments and not the "family room", which is substandard. In any case, the hotel needs to be renovated, there are many different places where it shows its age: carpet had broken areas, walls were stained, parts of the rooms needed repairs or painting.
