Pros: Clean big comfy bed,service was superb from start to finish,breakfast spot on. All in all a very pleasant stay would not hesitate to book again

Pros: The staff were friendly, the room was really nice plain and clean, not garish like most. I generally don't like the accommodation in blackpool too dated and floral. There was a working lift.

Pros: Stayed here at the end of November when my daughter and her dance school were competing at Winter Gardens in a dance competition. We have been going to this hotel twice a year for competitions. Good thing about this hotel in November is that there is a cafe bar which is part of the hotel so we don't need to leave the hotel for tea.

Pros: First class accomodation good family hotel, staff make you feel welcome, entertainment every night we were there, the room we had was spacies, breakfast was buffet with plenty of choices if its not there the will cook it for you We would return to this hotel and would recommend it to everyone

Pros: Bed was comfortable and even the double small room was big enough for 2 of us to lounge about. The staff were really helpful! The location is great, near the sea front, lots of shops and right next to the pleasure beach.

Pros: The bed was comfy. The bedding and shower were clean but oh my the whole hotel needs an overhaul. Front curtains to the hotel were closed all the time. Dark corridors. Saw no one all week except on arrival to pay! Everywhere needed a good spring clean.

Pros: Staff: The staff are very nice to help me check-in when I arrived pretty late at that night last week. Thank u <3 They also helped me store my luggage when I checked out. Location: The hotel is also located besides the sea where you can enjoy a nice view when u wake up in the morning to take a walk. Price of value: Overall, the price of value is pretty good to me.

Pros: Prior to arrival I read some reviews that made me somewhat nervous..on getting there How ever what I previously read was not the case. Everyone I met whilst there made an effort in getting to know my 4 year old, helping with any needs I had. I was told that the boiler had gone..but on entering the room was met with a heater that already filled the room and with an electric shower the lack of boiler wasn't an issue...beds were comfy and room was clean. Wi-Fi avaibile which kept my 4 year old entertained and meant I was able to stream of my phone at night....i bought a kettle because although I knew prior to available that it wasn't offered I needed the caffine for my 4 year olds early wake ups.....the cafe 1min away allowed us to get breakfast from 8. All in all I would deff stay here again mainly because how socialible a place it was and although I've read people moan about the facilities that aren't offered ( even though he states in the description which is and isn't offered) but as I said with Wi-Fi offered you don't need a tv, an with adequate plugs if you want tea/coffee..take a travel kettle Loved the stay and have no negatives that would stop me staying again
