Excellent 10.0
Pros: A superior hotel in the heart of Belfast. Beautifully decorated at the holidays. Great bar with outstanding food and entertainment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Belfast ! We came for a post holiday visit and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The bar features terrific acoustic entertainment . The entry and common areas were beautifully decorated.
Cons: Nothing at all
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was booked for my son and his bride on their wedding night. They could not have praised it more. They loved the rose petals etc...
Cons: No dislikes
Excellent 10.0
Such a beautiful hotel! The room was humongous with the most luxurious bathroom. I’ve ever had in a European hotel. Purchased the stay and dine plan which was super affordable and great. The concierge and bellman were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. A big thank you to Liam for taking care of our parking issues! The food at the restaurant was great. Supper had a great variety and the roast was amazing! The breakfast has been just as amazing with a good full Irish breakfast! The one complaint was the service at the restaurant was bad. Not friendly, they seemed bothered and not focused on the client as compared with the rest of the service provided at the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
We were greeted on arrival and our car was taken care off. Front of house staff were great and friendly. We had booked a city view room, but looking out onto building works, however, we called down and asked if there were any rooms looking into great Victoria street. Very quickly we were upgraded to an executive room which was amazing! Thank you so much for a lovely treat. The only downfall was the restaurant, maybe some additional training for staff members and additional choices for the set menu!
Excellent 8.5
I would have never been able to afford a 5* hotel before so I was expecting a lot. The Fitzwilliam definitely delivered. Everything was to the highest standards. From the men parking our cars, bringing up luggage for us, the amazing bedroom & bathroom, the robe left on your bed in the evening with a chocolate on your pillow, the location. I have never experienced anything like this. Just eye opening how the standards of a hotel can be so high. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience Fitzwilliam Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quality and attentiveness of the staff is exceptional. All the restaurant and activity recommendations were spot on. Hotel employee (one of the Concierge Staff) truly went above and beyond in helping find just the right accommodation.
Cons: Things are a bit dodgy behind the hotel, but Belfast is improving with every day.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the staff
Cons: the room furnishings were a bit worn
Excellent 9.7
Pros: My stay was perfect from beginning to end
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, very central, high quality accommodation - bed & bedlinens, large beautifully appointed room, large bathroom with good shower, wifi, amenities. Staff on reception and in restaurant were warm, friendly, welcoming and really knew their individual roles in the hospitality industry.
Cons: Wine list could have been more interesting, else nothing else negative to say.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean rooms, well appointed bathrooms (ours had shower and tub), umbrellas en suite, nearby to all major city center attractions
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Perfect central location close to city hall and the continental market, and right next door to the grand opera house. Hotel was spotless and staff were very welcoming, will definitely be back

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Late check out was great so flexible to suit you 🙂
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, good city centre location we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
Cons: The wait at reception only one receptionist dealing with clients
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was centrally located and easy to get into the city
Good 6.0
Pros: Functional
Excellent 8.6
The location of the hotel is great, close to all amenities. As it is a relatively new hotel everything was clean and fresh, I have stayed in this hotel a few times and in general is always good except for a few teeting problems, in this occasion dining wasn't that great , I find their menu quite limiting, for a regular visitor variation on the menu would be great with maybe the addition of a few specials. The starter I had was very bland and quite tasteless to be honest, the main was fine. On this occasion the waiting staff brought out my starter and main at the same time, I explained I wanted my starte as a a starter, so she took my main back to the kitchen, where I presusem it was just kept heated, The room itself was fine eveything was functioning as it should. Breakfast in the morning was not great, I was provided with a table and when I returned to the table with my orange juice it was taken by someone else, So I had to be provided with a different table, I was lucky that there was another table available as they were limited. Ther hot food wasn't replenished in a timely fashion, alot of the items were not available and people were waiting for hot food to be brought out for the buffett, in fact some of the items completely ran out.
Good 7.9
good, but the service was bit slow. I booked a room for 3 ppl but there were only 2 cups and towels for 2 ppl initially. requested more cup and towels but they provided them bit late.
Excellent 8.7
New hotel, clean, well organized (not always the case even in fancy chains!), very central which means a little noise from the nearby bars but not too much with the window closed. Don't expect a great view but the location really makes up for this.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Rooms are a bot dull. Sinks were nearly clogged and there were blood stains on the bed sheets.
Mediocre 2.8
Excellent hotel would rate more than 5* great location excellent helpful friendly staff. Fast check in. Would stay again.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff were lovely, Location is great and room is nice
Cons: Hotel was quite noisy at night, I was awoken through the night from groups coming back from nights out. Not much the hotel can do about this, it was the guests fault themselves.
Excellent 8.8
A fairly decent hotel and located near central Belfast. A nice room with a view ans friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Super super staff, well done
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: large, comfortable modern rooms. hotel is located near city center and public transportation.
Cons: service at this hotel is horrible. my bathroom light was flickering really bad, making it very difficult to see and I went to the front desk multiple times but they never sent anyone to fix it. superfluous security making it impossible to enter the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The sheets, the shower, the lobby, the staff were all wonderful! I will now compare all hotels to the Holiday Inn in Belfast City Centre.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff location and room
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were fantastic and very friendly
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Gym was very useful. Room was clean if cold even though summer.
Cons: Doesn't use wash clothes.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The woman at the front desk, was very helpful when we realized our car had a flat tire across the street in the parking garage.
Cons: I didn't realize that there was not parking at the hotel and that we had to pay to park in the garage across the street. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel had a triple room when I was having a hard time finding accommodations. They were a bit further out then we wanted but still easy enough to walk most places.
Cons: We bought the buffet breakfast which was about €15 each. It was not very good and I found the staff to be less than friendly. The neighborhood was also somewhat sketchy

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The decor
Cons: Beautiful hotel.. great stay
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice views over the street and lifts were plentiful and quick. Breakfast was very nice too. We had booked to eat there both nights, but only did the first night, food was just OK - but there are much better places to eat nearby. My Mum's sticky toffee pudding had been zapped for too long in the microwave and was hard, so I did mention it, they said it was a batch that had come in like that...then why serve it?? They were very apologetic and didn't charge us for it. Cocktail bar was very lovely, service was attentive and
Cons: It was just a number of small little things that niggled - most one could ignore, but when there are a few things that should have been better, it can start to niggle and make you wish you'd spent half the money elsewhere for the same standards. a Walls between my room and next door were thin (room 517), could hear next door talking and TV. The music and gathering was going on until about 4am, when I had to call down to complain - they did make it stop shortly afterwards so that was OK. Carpet hadn't been cleaned very well, still crumbs left over from previous guests. Hairdryer overheated, had to call for another to replace it, which was fine. Just a few little niggles in the bathroom - sink was very small couldn't get , difficult to fill the kettle up...had to use cups to do that. The bathroom door is frosted glass and opens directly on to bed area and the loo is directly next to the bathroom door....nothing major, but as the room is so small, the door was very close to the side of the bed...quite disconcerting, for whoever is on the loo or in bed! When on the loo, you can see an outline and hear everything - so avoid if you're shy!
Good 7.0
Cons: Check out time is very early.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable although we asked for window table abs could not accommodate
Cons: Our room obviously wasn’t inspected before arrival as blind was hanging off so had to go back to reception and que again
Excellent 8.8
The staff were very heloful, friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure
Excellent 10.0
Lady at reception when I signed in was very helpful, went above and beyond.
Good 7.6
needs extractor fan in bathroom, and better lighting
Good 6.5
Pros: Extremely loud party on top floor. Awful noise. Pounding music. Drunks yelling in hallways late into the night. Have not experienced this party noise/vibe since college dorm days. Awful first night. Next night much quieter, but walls are clearly thin as we could hear next door TV clearly until they turned it off around 11pm. Would not suggest staying here on a weekend if parties scheduled. Bring your ear plugs. Included breakfast was very crowded, but food prepared well. Service staff spread very thin, but nice.
Cons: Noise! Party extremely loud on weekend.
Good 7.7
Lovely hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent service and great location (next to bus and train station, opposite Crown bar and close to City Hall)
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Convient downtown hotel. Helpful staff, great amenities. Historic grand dame.
Cons: Bit pricey.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location arrived by train, Great Victoria Street station immediately adjacent to hotel. Concierge were very helpful in arranging tours. The room was not large but was comfortable and very clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great staff! Room was spacious for 3 people! Enjoyed it very much! Highly recommend

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: All staff were amazing apart from 1, she was very very rude and I told her this, she just shrugged her shoulders, but the lady on the desk was amazing and she called for the management and the manageress was apologetic for the behaviour of her member of staff, and she also went out of her way to rectify the issue, thanks to all the staff there for a wonderful stay apart from that 1 member

Pros: the guy Niall at the check in was fab very friendly and accommodating! food was fantastic really good!
Cons: the view of the bins outside our window!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: A wedding was held the evening of our arrival. Our bedroom was beside the bar which was incredibly noisy until very late. The fire door separating the bar from the corridor was wedged open even after continually being closed by us
Cons: Our bedroom
Good 7.2
Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were great. However, rooms on the ground floor were next to the bar and restaurant and this proved to be quite noisy at times.
Good 7.3
Hotel was lovely, everithing was super, but next Day morning when we go on breakfast, was crazy!!! We are waiting on breakfast really Long time. After 10 minutes we get tea, next 20 minutes toas Which was burned but seriously Black. After next 15 minutes when burned toast was already cold. We get Irish breakfast Where the whites still flowed over the plate. Then I go away. Room was super, but 1 hours wait for this breakfast was mad.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything was fine apart from the bald security guard hadn’t a clue what he was doing apart from that brilliant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location and great staff. Value for money
Excellent 10.0
The room was small for 3 but beds were comfy. I wouldn’t have included breakfast if Id known it wasn’t a proper breakfast but rather a pre packed one. But it was very little extra to add it on anyway. All in all a good stay.
Okay 4.4
We were very excited about this trip. On arrival the staff were very dismissively seemed fed up. When we got to our room it was average, very stuffy, window barley opened so we couldn’t get air in. We had paid for breakfast in the morning which was actually a bag sent to our room in the AM which was a porridge pot, piece of fruit and a bar? How this is acceptable I don’t know? Every other hotel in belfast was serving proper breakfast. The “hot” bap was inedible. If your just looking for a bed to sleep in this is your place, if you want an experience and some down time too well then I advise you to avoid this place at all costs. Will not be staying again.
Excellent 10.0
Staff fantastic, hotel spotless and right in the centre of everything
Excellent 10.0
A night away and was central to everything. Was perfect
Excellent 10.0
My 2nd time staying in this hotel. Lovely clean spacious rooms in a city centre location and great value for money. Highly recommend
Excellent 9.2
loved the location. staff were great. the breakfast was great. bar good but menu for food could be better
Excellent 9.1
Everything, was fantastic, till the last morning. the water, went off, no shower, no water to flush, the toilet or was your hands. Ask the reception, to make sure I had a room, as soon as I arrived, in Jurys Inn, Christchurch, Dublin. So that I could have a shower. She, just made, sure I had a reservation. Nothing, about a early chick in and no composition, not good enough
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location. Three star hotels are about average and so was this one.
Cons: Needed a printer in case one needs to print off boarding passes.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was clean and policies are environmentally pro-active.
Cons: The attached restaurant & bar had weak service.
Excellent 8.2
Arrived at 4pm (3pm check in) to a long queue in the lobby to be told that our room was not ready. Waited 45mins after going up twice to the receptionist and the room was finally ready. The staff were always pleasant but it’s highly unprofessional that the rooms weren’t ready in a 4 star hotel.
Excellent 8.9
very good bus stoped out side hotel
Excellent 8.4
All positive
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!
Cons: The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!
Excellent 9.1
very enjoyable stay. helpful staff. will be back.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy check in, spacious room, easy for a week long stay, warm and inviting
Good 6.5
lovely room nice and quiet. what ruined the stay was the bar. service very poor beer was flat and tasted awful and when i pointed it out to barmsn he just shrugged his shoulders. i ordered food waited 45 mins for it to arrive.almost all tables stacked up with empty dirty glasses..whikst recently refurbusged tge sears were very uncomfortable .great pkace to stay but est abd dri k out the city somewhere
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were updated and clean. It is in a great central location in belfast. We were cycle touring and they had a storage area where we could store our bikes. The staff was very friendly.
Cons: It was unusually hot the night we were there and the rooms did not have A/C and were very warm. We had the window open but with little airflow and the sound of the traffic, we did not sleep well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location!!
Cons: Closer parking would have been nice.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Location Sound proof Windows Staff
Cons: Could be more at breakfast Rooms stuffy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Limited room service food options after 10pm
Excellent 10.0
Was welcomed very well was asked what the occasion was told the staff it was a gift from the family to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday up graded the room and gave my husband a box of chocolates and staff were very helpful and food was excellent would stay again
Good 7.1
Pros: Nice looking rooms
Cons: Walls were paper thin.could hear everything from people beside us
Okay 5.7
Pros: It was centrally located. Our room was bare but clean
Cons: There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.

A clean hotel with friendly staff. It is modern and functional. Has a decent bar and coffee and water are complimentary. This was my third stay at this hotel and is always the first hotel I look at booking when I am visiting Belfast.
Mediocre 2.0
This hotel refused to give us credit or refund even though our travel plans were canceled due to COVID.
Excellent 10.0
Excellent budget hotel, friendly & accommodating staff, clean room and clean bathroom, comfortable bed and airconditioned bedroom, good location. We will come back and stay at Ibis Belfast City Centre Hotel
Excellent 10.0
I stay in this hotel quite often, and I always find the staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for shops, theatres and restaurants.
Good 7.7
Pros: Good location in the city centre
Cons: Staff were quite food at check in giving a poor check in experience
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms were not too small, bathroom was small but efficient and had everything you need, also good wifi. Convenient location as well.
Cons: There was a slight smell in the corridors, didn't bother me much but can be improved. I wasn't aware of any meal deals, but had a 3 course dinner at their restaurant - starters and dessert was great, the mains not so great as they were dry (chicken and burger). There weren't many food options though.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Rooms were small but clean. Location was outstanding and staff were very friendly. The price was right, so couldn't ask for much more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: super-friendly assistants
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Very conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value.
Cons: Decor on the modern side, so a bit boring.

Mediocre 3.6
The accommodation was not clean. The furnishings were faded and worn. Curtains were not attached to their fittings. The decoration was tired with dirty stains and dust on all the interior paintwork. The TV was missing its remote control. The floor in The sitting room had not been cleaned there was evidence of old food on the floor and you could see stains where things had been spilt on it. Generally the whole accommodation was grubby and should not have been offered for rental. I would not have stayed had I not have paid up front for the room.
Excellent 9.2
I would recommend All Seasons, for it’s simplicity and location.Owner was very accommodating and very helpful. Would stay again.

Good 7.0
Pros: Great location, bed was extremely comfy, big spacious room and new bathroom.
Cons: The AC stopped working on first night of stay so had to have windows open which was very noisey.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Now everything was fantastic but the breakfast for a tenner was a little lacking, and no beans
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Night staff where fantastic, very clean room, very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows in the room,
Cons: The breakfast was very small for the price and was not up to my expectations for taste either. Although the room was fantastic there where a lot of noises throughout the two days and nights which sounds like mice running along the walls
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast and evening meal were good we were looked after with a smile
Cons: When we went to get something from the car there was a very foul smell in underground car park It was like the sewer was leaking into car park
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast Superb - excellent staff throughout hoyel
Poor 1.0
Cons: on arrival we were told that our rooms were not in the hotel but in converted housing opposite!!!!! I would expect to pay around £40 a night for this type of accommodation not £160 !!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Car park was good, piece off mind, staff all exceptional, breakfast very tasty..
Cons: Not much too not like..
Excellent 9.2
Stayed here a few years ago and is still as good today as then. Fantastic location. Great comfy beds (pillows too hard but maybe not for everyone ) all staff very attentive from reception to bar to a special thanks to Tony at breakfast for having chef make us french toast that is no longer on the menu.
Good 6.8
Pros: Nice-looking place. Girl at reception was very nice.
Cons: I don't usually blast an otherwise-nice place for one single fault, but this was out of the realm of acceptable. Everything was fine until (too) early the following morning, when our bed positively SHOOK us awake for a good 15 minutes. It was the laundry truck downstairs. A disruption like that would be expected in a crappy hostel or AirBNB, but not at a supposedly-5-star hotel. I realize there's not a lot that can be done, but a warning would be one thing - we could have at least set ourselves up with earplugs, or not stayed up late planning the rest of our trip the night before. As it was we were both pretty much useless and irritable the next day, which is not desirable at any time, much less in the middle of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great room, great bar and restaurant
Cons: No air conditioning in the summer
Okay 5.7
Pros: The restaurant was very nice. Easy parking once you knew where it was.
Cons: We were shown to the "Executive Suite" across the street. They have to show you where it is because the building is not labeled, and the room numbers not intuitive. (612L is on the second floor). The room appeared to be newly decorated. The first thing we noticed was that the television didn't work. There was no maintenance person on duty, so the desk clerk attempted to fix it, and was unable to. The internet was very weak (perhaps because we were across the street from the main hotel). The real nightmare was the bathroom. There was a jacuzzi tub, which my daughter wanted to take a bath in, but the cold water didn't appear to be connected, so she had to fill the tub with hot water, then wait for an hour to cool so she could get in. When she turned on the jets, one of the jets pointed straight up, creating a fountain which soaked the bathroom floor before she could get it turned off. The separate shower had an adjustable head, which was set at about chin height. When my husband tried to adjust the head, the entire thing came off in his hands. Only then did we realize that half of the hardware was missing. Oh, and the sofa was stained. So was the iron.
Good 7.4
Pros: Nice location, friendly staff, public areas are will maintained and food is good.
Cons: Room was a bit pricey mainly due to events on. Room also had no external windo . Not a huge issue for a night but made room very dark.
