Excellent facilities. Bed so comfy. All the little extras were lovely. Food amazing
Breakfast is a bit expensive
Location, room comfort
Changed rooms ( found first room 804 small) and sink in bathroom had a big crack in it, not very hygienic. Second room 807 was grand for size but found that lighting was not great for reading in bed, pillows were not great too soft, and uncomfortable with glass see-through door into bathroom (not much privacy). First morning we decided to lie on for a while, but were wakened by someone entering room and standing about, I assume it was housekeeping, who should have withdrawn immediately on discovering room occupied.
Very good location for centre city shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was poor. Buffet style, it was obvious that everything had been out for quite a while. Eggs overdone, bacon dried up and cold. Even the porridge and tea were cold.
Bed was very comfortable
