Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!
The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!

It was centrally located. Our room was bare but clean
There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.

the bath i would advise anyone to ask for a bathmat before you have a shower as i had an awful fall but they were so helpful and i would still return.
