The staff was very friendly and informative.
The bathrooms, showers and bedrooms were disgusting. There was old food in the closet, trash under the beds and in the cabinet and the bathrooms were moldy and stinky with urine sprinkled toilets.

I love that the location is near Belfast Center Station just a minute walk. Good price also.
The bathrooms are kinda messy and the kitchen also. The sockets are far from the bed.

The staff was kind and helpful.
Horrible. Our room was very dirty. WiFi didn't work and plugs either. The smell in our room was discounting. We shared it with other guys. They live in there, they are not guests so the room is never cleaned.

Great location, nice staff. Deposit was paid straight away. Shower is amazing like a waterfall. Quiet rooms and spacious. Nice stay will book again
Was surprised that you pay for your stay in cash and key deposit. Not all the plugs worked in the room

Not much .
I’ve stayed in many hostels and this was one of the worst . Staff was rude and very un helpful . WiFi was not working most of the time . I was just happy the night was over quickly put it that way .
