Hotel is very dated and desperately needs a facelift. Beds are super soft, and the bathrooms are stuck in the early 1980s. Nothing feels clean and the hotel should change out carpets for hard flooring, and should put more hooks in the room to hang stuff. Rooms are dated and need a refresh. No desk for business travellers. Not enough wall outlets for modern day travel. Beds too soft.

I liked the pool, the child really enjoyed it. The heater system in the room is one of the things that need to be improved, too noisy, and we weren't able to adjust the setup. Also, the TV cable did not have many options for children.

Pros (+) Had a great stay, pool and hot tubs are phenomenal and rooms were great. Everyone friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) Charging for wifi is outdated and should be changed in my opinion. It is a common service for hotels to have free wifi nowadays. oh well.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed our stay. The kids liked the pool and the breakfast buffet. The location is outstanding. We went ice skating on the river just behind the hotel and had a great brunch at Melissa's across the street.
