Cons: When we arrived, the systems were down and unable to check into the hotel. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour until 10:00pm until they gave us a different room in which two of us had to sleep on a pull out need instead of an actual bed. Inconvenient.

Cons: Requested a wake up call......nope did not get it !
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Worst experience we’ve ever had with a hotel!! We were on our way to Cancun and we were only going to have a few hours to sleep. I was very organized in advance and asked several employees about their shuttle which was complementary. They all told me the same place to meet. When our family of nine, Including out pregnant daughter, got to the spot where they said to meet their shuttle, it never came. After waiting a long time, we called the hotel and they said it would be there in 15 minutes. He waited another 35 minutes and it still wasn’t there. Kept trying to call the hotel and they would not pick up until we finally did a black car and he picked up and said another 15 minutes! Clearly he had no idea and he was stringing us along! After many calls and standing the whole time at the complementary shuttle stop at the airport, for 2 1/2 hours, we ended up calling Uber‘s and had to pay for two Uber’s which was over $70! As a result, we did not get our complementary shuttle, we had to pay, along with two rooms that we only got to be in for just over an hour! The sheets had hairs all over in them! I called and told them and they refunded only one room, not the second room and not that Uber’s we paid for!! We’ve never had a bad experience at a Marriott, or Hyatt, or any hotel we’ve ever stayed in except for this one! It was absolutely the worst in every way!!!!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Typical modern Residence Inn. Good staff. Room was very quiet. Was giving out a free beer/drink at my Tuesday night checkin for a happy hour thing, always a plus. Kitchen cookware/dishes better stocked than usual. Airport shuttle was right on sch
Cons: TV positioning in room is trying to be viewable from both couch and bed, winds up being mildly awkward for both unless you fully reposition the base yourself. Bathroom cabinets slightly dinged up. Really, nothing significant.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, good breakfast, large suites
Cons: Sofa bed mattress was terrible. Slept on the sofa instead

This beautiful hotel features 249 guestrooms and suites, over 30,000 square feet of IACC certified conference and event space, a full service restaurant and lounge with a large outdoor patio, an outdoor swimming pool, and an oversized fitness center.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location of Hotel Everything was clean and service was Great
Cons: Parking machine had issues.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The possibilities of the amenities, if ran with the correct staff.
Cons: Staff was disorganized. During breakfast there was a huge group at the buffet taking the food to-go. They filled there boxes so full the kitchen could not keep up & we could not have breakfast. In addition a helper in the kitchen had long hair that was past her waist in length, so while she was restocking food at the buffet, the hair would hang in the hot food...huge food and safety violation. While taking our order her hair would drag on our table over our coffee cups and water cups. That’s how long it was. This was disgusting. I told the restaurant manager, but nothing was done and the girl then starting flaunting her hair at us and insured we knew she wasn’t going to pin it up. This was weird. So, we spoke to your front end hotel manager, she said she had already talked to the restaurant manager and there was nothing more they could do. It was the most outrageous disgusting situation.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The fitness center, location and the view from my room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really nice inside!!
7.1 Good
Pros: The size of the bathroom
Cons: There was a shelf blocking the view of the TV. My poached eggs (room service) tasted like vinegar. I realize that some cooks use vinegar to cook poached eggs but they weren’t drained properly because that’s all you tasted. That breakfast was $24 for vinegar eggs, an English muffin and coffee. Not good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything tasted delicious!
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great!!!
Cons: Maybe a little better selection for dinning. More info on what is near for site seeing. More distance & information on the shuttle.

Pros: Hotel and room we're clean. I think this may be a newer hotel.
Cons: The location is not great, but not terrible either. The surrounding neighborhood is a killer bit rough and it sits behind a taco Bell restaurant. A 3-star hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the room. The 24 hour pool and spa was really great as well. My daughter was able to swim even though we came in late and we were able to enjoy the spa. The outside fire pit gave a great ambiance for us to enjoy the evening outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The meals were first rate....bed very comfortable ! Happy with my stay

4.0 Okay
Pros: The pool for the kids
Cons: I initially booked my hotel and selected park and stay, when i checked in the jerk of a manager stated i would not be parking my car there because they were completely full. Thanks to Hyatt hotel they allowed us to park our car there.
6.7 Good
Pros: Lots of plugs
Cons: Ok
6.3 Good
Pros: We didn't have breakfast.
Cons: We reserved the room for 3 people. There was only one robe. There was only one pillow for the sofa bed, not two as there were for each person in the king-sized bed. The air conditioner was under the window next to the sofa bed. The room was so hot and stuffy that we had to turn the air conditioner on full blast to cool the room off enough to sleep. My son on the sofa bed was cold all night. My husband and I in the king bed in the other room sweltered. We paid over $200 for one night in this room, and it was absolutely not worth it!
7.5 Good
Pros: Nothing. Very upset
Cons: Everything. Im very upset with booking.com that I was lied to regarding the price of my stay. I need to be reimbursed for a nightmare at the Hilton.

Pros: Breakfast was good and the staff was great! Location and parking were good as well.
Cons: The bathroom lighting was very bad, No counter space in bathroom, very difficult to put on make up. One of the beds had a bad squeak.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing good to say.
Cons: The room smelled like the homeless lived in it. The bathroom was starting to fall apart. Sink didn't dran. The floor was nasty. Shower had hair still in it.The bed needs to be trashed. Pillows are to small and old. They smelled of B.O.. All staff members looked like they just rolled out of bed. The lobby was dusty. Housekeeping were not using the right cleaning products. We will not be back.

Pros: Grass all around for my service dog, friendly staff, and comfortable bed

Cons: The manager's reception needs improving.
7.0 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, great breakfast, good location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: You could hear people walk around. Price was about $20 more for something comparable. Bathtub faucet leaked whole time, and the TV only had infomercials available to watch.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for this trip. It was near Sam's Club and Walmart, and also a light-rail station, which was a great convenience, Breakfast was wonderful! Staff was terrific.
Cons: The of idea manager's receptions is nice (who doesn't like a beer or glass of wine before going out for supper?). But they were poorly attended by guests, and we never did see a manager. Without improvements, it would probably be better to drop them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I thought the breakfast was really good they had pork chili that I put on my eggs and potatoes, also biscuits and gravy, sausage, fresh cut up fruit and pancakes
Cons: The hot tub wasn’t working
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I got stranded overnight in DIA and was lucky enough to grab the last room. Very clean and friendly staff even at midnight check-in! Nice breakfast. Comfy room and located just a quick walk away from the Mall. Good value and half the price of hotels closer to the airport.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: We requested a room change due to cigarette smell. As Best Western members, they declined issuing us our stay points because we booked on line. We told we called them first to check prices and were able to find lower rate ($25 cheaper) on line. I disagree with that policy. We stayed with you because we are members and thought we would gets points towards a free stay.

Pros: I like the breakfast,. the classic American breakfast was delicious! Also excellent coffee!
Cons: I hang out the sign for cleaning but found the room was not cleaned at all.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: location was where it was supposed to be.
Cons: Checked me into a room that was occupied. Key card didn't work the first time. Everything cost extra. Took almost five minutes for the water in the shower to heat up. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience and trauma of my family checking into a room that already had a half naked man.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Not clean. Carpet was sticky

Pros: The airport shuttle was a huge bonus!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great! Very friendly and professional. Bed/linens were awesome, almost too comfy ... we overslept and had to rush back to airport! Very modern bright color scheme.
Cons: The one sour note was the shower. It was clean and towels were new and nice and the shampoo/body wash dispensers were nice but the water barely trickled out. I have long thick hair and it took a long long time to rinse my hair. Maybe they are just trying to save water which I get but when you have to spend twice as long in the shower just getting the soap off and your hair rinsed I don’t think they save much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’m staff is always available and super friendly
Cons: The front desk area was freezing

Pros: Nice and clean, breakfast was great. Even the cleaning lady made sure I had everything I needed it.
Cons: Nothing ! Great job by the whole staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool and hot tub area was fantastic
6.7 Good
Pros: Quietness and cleanliness.
Cons: Counter Staff would rather be on their mobile phones bull*#@_N than tend to it's guests. No manners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great price..facilities clean and comfy!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was fine where we were staying.
Cons: Housekeeping!!! We had no shower curtain in the bath. Water pooled on the floor. There was no housekeeping visit after night one of two. Had to get clean towels at the front desk.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: breakfast o.k. Brown bananas served. Location was fine
Cons: We left in the morning and returned around 5 p.m. The room was not cleaned. When I informed front desk, was told that housekeeping left at 4 p.m. as if this was an acceptable. The room was very cramped, as they placed 2 queen sized beds in a single room that were very close to each other. They ran out of breakfast food and replaced the fruit with brown colored bananas. This place does NOT look like the photo displayed on the internet. I was very dissatisfied and checked into another hotel on the 2nd day. I had originally reserved the room for five days. This hotel is overpriced for the quality of rooms they provide. They did not empty the trash can inside the hotel by the side entrance and we could hear the guests walking above our room on the first floor. The front desk staff in the evening was very nonchalant when concerns were expressed to her. I would never stay here again. Also, here's a tip to future guests, ask to see the room BEFORE you check in.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was o.k. the first morning but the next two morning where terrible. The janitor was running the breakfast and way behind, we have had better service at cheaper hotels. Our room was never made up, first morning one bed next morning neither bed made up.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenience of breakfast and comfortable beds
Cons: Air Conditioner was loud and fan constantly ran - could not turn off
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how it was right off the highway and convenient
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amenities good. Breakfast outstanding. Staff very friendly and professional. Room clean and comfortable; good size. A great value for the money; weekend pricing also excellent. Really enjoyed the unlimited coffee, snack bar, and the breakfast/cafe facilities very nicely decorated and clean. Noise issue not a problem, even though hotel is in a busy part of town and by the freeway. Overall experience was very good; I will be staying here again.
Cons: Not applicable.
7.1 Good
Cons: Seems to be standard for traveling theses days as you need to have the appropriate question to get any local information. The example is when I called prior to traveling to Denver, inquiring about transportation from the airport to the hotels location in Aurora, there was no "offering" of information on airport to hotel options. The response of my question of a "shuttle" service to their location was "no" shuttle service supplied by hotel. Surprised to see a local light rail system stop not 50 yards from front door. $75 cab ride?
7.5 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Single elevator very busy

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was convenient . Front office staff were great, rooms were clean.
Cons: breakfast wasn't great, the coffee wasn't either
5.4 Okay
Pros: I like the location. Close to my work when i travel up to Aurora to work
Cons: The internet connection never works, the staff was unable to get my connection which lead to me missing an email that i was suppose to be in for a 7am meeting . This was very important. I was stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. After that the other elevator would not open so i had to carry 2 sets of luggage down 2 flights of stairs. I told the staff at the front desk and she really didnt care. There is always something wrong when i stay here.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, laundry/dryer was always available (used 2x during my 8 day stay with 2 kids), staff was very friendly.
Cons: For some reason they didn’t vacuum the room during the daily housekeeping. Since I was staying with 2 small kids, it was certainly needed and obvious. The AC wasn’t very powerful and the remote only worked sometimes. Very small improvements that didn’t bother us during our stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable bed, nice large room and very clean, could not hear people through walls. Breakfast excellent-lots of options, healthy ones too
Cons: Check-in is slow-no idea why, as were pre-paid. Their computer system seems slow and complicated. Also only had one front desk person all the time-not always enough, They seemed like they had too much to do and weren't always friendly or had time to hel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk at this hotel is amazing! So helpful, considerate, thoughtful and more that happy to go the extra mile. I wish all hotels had this welcoming and experienced front desk staff! Also, the only hotel in the Southlands Mall area! Perfect!
Cons: No housekeeping service after the first night, so front desk people came to remove trash and asked if there was anything else they could do. Realized after washing my hair the second day that there was no hairdryer. What's up with that housekeeping staff?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful in getting me a room i asked for the hotel was excellent as always . I have used the hotels all over the country always good. The one in Orlando had very poor parking that is why i say good not great.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Noisiest hotel we ever stayed in. Doors banging constantly. Fire in a microwave and the room smelled awful.
Cons: They could have closed the fire doors to prevent the burned smell from entering all the rooms. They could have asked guests to hold the door when closing so the constant banging wouldn’t disturb other guests. They could have cleaned our room while we were out instead of waiting till we returned and had to complain about it. We were out of towels.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location
Cons: Breakfast was not good
1.0 Poor
Pros: Standard cleanliness
Cons: There was a pipe leaking during our stay. Fire alarm was set off but was due to the pipe so everyone suffered through the lights and noise. For our room location, we could smell the natural gas quietly strongly, even had headaches the rest of the day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very safe, friendly staff, great location next to shopping and the highway. Laundry was always available, which was great since I was traveling with 2 small kids and needed to do laundry twice during our 8 day stay.
Cons: For some reason housekeeping didn’t vacuum the room my entire stay. It certainly needed it, especially with 2 small kids staying in the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Love the location to the Airport and surrounds amenities.
Cons: Bathroom fans would be nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great location.breakfast was good, would be nice to have some bisquits and gravy.nice comfortable beds.
Cons: it would be nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area.breakfast food was barely warm, sausage needed to be cooked longer.coffee not very hot.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very clean, bed was comfy, great location. Housekeeping left me two extra towels as I requested. We will come back!!!
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Good eating locations.
Cons: We were put in a room over the check in lobby, the TV played the disney channel loudly all night, and the evening check in clerk was really really loud, it sounded like she was standing in our room, and she checked people in all night long.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean.
Cons: Could use an update.
1.0 Poor
Pros: There was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel except the location.
Cons: The room was filthy, dirty shower curtain, food on walls, blow dryer didnt work, it was just absolutely disgusting amd will never stay in a extended stay again!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything else

10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything

Pros: Bed was good. Quite close to the airport but finally not that close.
Cons: It was not possible to take a shower. No user guide or note on how to have one. I had to take a bath. It took longer. I hated the decoration... expensive for what it was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee were excellent hosts!!! They made us feel welcomed from the first time we checked in until we left. The breakfast gal was also very efficient and did a great job with the food! Our experience was very positive!!!
Cons: No, everything met our expectations and we would stay there again!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: No disappointments, all was fine.

Motel 6 Denver East - Aurora CO is located near shopping and dining. Visit Cherry Creek State Park and the Wings Over The Rockies Museum. All rooms are modern and free Wi-Fi is available. Enjoy our heated seasonal outdoor pool. 100% smoke-free
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property was clean and with good location to the airport
Cons: The bathroom was clean but it felt like a clinic bathroom and had an odor I can quite pin point but it wasnt pleasant
7.5 Good
Pros: Front desk was friendly and helpful, even when they had multiple guests to help at a time. Room was fairly clean and comfortable. No extras (fridge/microwave/hair dryer), but it had a tv and a bed, which was good enough for me.
Cons: Card readers on the sides of the building did not work, which was inconvenient for me, as I was staying at the end of the hall and had a dog that had to go outside often during the stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: I did not have breakfast and wasn't aware that there was a breakfast. The sheets, bed and towels were clean and comfy. The staff was friendly.
Cons: I thought that the room could have been cleaner, the floor under the bed and around the edges was dirty, I think that if they would vacuum the rooms instead of sweeping would be better. The doors, light switches and the towel holders should have been wiped down. I just think that people don't look at the small details. I also booked rooms for my coworkers the next day and there rooms weren't clean either. I think all motel chains should have secret stayers like stores have secret shoppers, to help give insight.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Friendly people & guests
Cons: Condition. My room was not well maintained. Probably set aside for pets, next to a staircase. Damaged everywhere, window was ancient & marginally kept a breeze out, clearly smoky from cigarettes, bathroom light fixture buzzed loudly, sink stained, fewer amenities, no alarm clock, and on departure the elevator was apparently mopped with full strength cleaning solution-chemically pungent odour. Not where I want my five year old. Parking lot was poorly lit but grounds patrolled with an open carry guy who made it feel safer knowing that he was visibly working and had experience–not just a guy with muscles.
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked that we could have a very late check in and the owner was very helpful with the Uber
Cons: Very run down, could use an upgrade
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Service was excellent. Mattress in room 130 could be updated. Ok comfortably.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No comfortable chair in the room.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The elevator door almost smashes a child because the sencer is broken. Rooms are super small. House keeping never came till 5-6 a night and we only needed towels and toilet paper and trash bags. Evening lady was always rude with her husband in the lobby watching Tv
Cons: Everything need better customer service and fix the elevators before someone gets hurt
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk people and your cleaning crew were very very nice and tried to accommodate us unfortunately it wasn't possible
Cons: The room was 80 degrees and cooled down overnight. The beds are awful. My prerequisites were not fulfilled and I want my money back!I'm handicappedI'm on Social Security and I cannot just throw $1,000 and be in a greater degree of pain now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the clean rooms.
Cons: No Wi-Fi
7.9 Good
Pros: Great staff
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Thermostat didn't work properly

Cons: Could hear a lot of noise from the room above. Didn’t like the cold breakfast offered.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The shuttle service is good
Cons: The beds were not clean and the hotel need maintenance But good price for layover option
7.9 Good
Pros: My only point of criticism would be that they did not make clear the hotel transport pick up point or the frequency. The service itself once one was aware of the timings and practice was Very good.
Cons: No complaints
1.0 Poor
Pros: Proximity to airport, airport shuttle availability
Cons: room was tiny. Given the choice of queen or king at the same price I expected 2 queen beds. Hotel staff lack customer service skills, didn't offer much help and help was bare bones. Breakfast was bare minimum and lady kept hovering around..uncomfortable
6.7 Good
Pros: Na
Cons: No breakfast as the shuttle to the airport for our flight was full when we checked in even though I had requested the 6:20 am flight on our reservation and I called ahead to the front desk to re-confirm before leaving home. We had to take the 5:55am shuttle to meet our flight. No effort was made to give us a bag or box meal and beverage. The price was more than stated in our reservation.

Pros: convenient to where I needed to be.
Cons: I was disappointed in not available amount of towels needed. I was able to get extra towels when asked.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Not enough parking spaces. Horrible!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Check in was easy, plenty of parking available
Cons: Breakfast is horrible for radisson standards. Even Motels serve better for less than $16. In general, the hotel is very outdated. Totally misplaced was 2 persons of the staff yelling at each other in the hallway.
4.6 Okay
Pros: The lobby. Pool. Gym. Restaurant was immaculate. Beautiful at first sight.
Cons: Lights flickering all the time outside. Canopy looked damaged. Got charged an extra “40 accidental fee”. Someone was in our room when we got our keys first. Got new room. Keys didn’t work. Finally got working keys. But hair was in the shower which was nasty. Bed sheets had stains on them.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location is good. Clean rooms.
Cons: Beds are more firm than I like.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Size of rooms.
Cons: Locked out of room 3 out 4 nights. Keys didn't work. Took over an hour each day ! Didn't clean room each day. It was clean first day. Exterior of building where you drive up needs repair- is deteriorating surface.

Cons: To pay the price I pay the bathroom could have been done a little better cuts in the for the toilet paper dispenser it looks like secondary work the turn up the plug for the tub was on the side of the tub the toilet seat with chipped at the edge then to top it off housekeeping would not give me enough towels and face cloth to accommodate two peopleplus for the amount of money that was no refrigerator in the room no microwave to heat food up I thought I would have better accommodations it's not like the Radisson when I stayed in Los Angeles

7.5 Good
Cons: There was a leak in the shower ceiling that I could just barely not hear with the bathroom door closed. It was hot water and so it felt like a stream room whenever I went in. I requested an accessible room and I was put on the top floor at the very end of the hallway. Long trek. I believe the shower was "accessible", but getting in was right under the leak so I did not avail myself of the shower.
7.9 Good
Pros: Reasonably close to Denver Airport. Nice suite-type room.
Cons: Breakfast was so-so. Room was pricey.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good. The beds were comfy.
Cons: The shower water was only lukewarm, the bathroom door lock was broken, the price of the room was way overpriced.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Entire staff so helpful. Overall
2.9 Mediocre
Cons: The room was not very clean. Located near the maids closet, where they were loud most of the time. It was 456.00/night. Had no choice as the city of Denver was sold out everywhere. Price gouging at its worst.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: Room looked dirty. Halls need some attention. Bus driver was talking about potty training his child while on the phone
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I made a reservation at the wrong Hotel. The taxi driver dropped me off at the hotel closest to the airport rather than Aurora. I was devastated. However the front desk helped me get my room at the airport Hotel. And then ERI Cabral helped me cancel my reservation at the Aurora Hotel. They tried to tell me that I couldn't cancel it without paying a fee. He stood up for me and told them that I would not have to pay a cancellation fee or pay for the hotel in Aurora. I was exhausted and at my wit's end. ERI was my hero and I will never, ever forget his kindness that night. Thank you her having a great staff at that hotel.
Cons: I really didn't like Your cancellation policy at the Aurora Hotel. The girl at the front desk was very unhelpful and was unwilling to hear or help me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location close by to airport
Cons: Bad staff and breakfast
4.6 Okay
Pros: Paid $300 for a $50 room

Cons: It was not what I booked which was closer with free transportation.
