Pros (+) Big, spacious facility with plenty to do for the kids. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and waterslides
Cons (-) Nice to have convenient food options in the form of restaurants on site, but... their food wasn’t prepared great. As a former cook, I recognized the menus were simple enough, basic and easy, but unfortunately most of the time our items were overcooked. Beware of poolside drinks. Pros (+) The holiday decorations were good.
Cons (-) They way overbooked their hotel with the covid restrictions. Extremely long waits, crowded, amenities were first come first serve so most people did not get to use the pool. Definitely felt ripped off.

Pros (+) The Atrium was amazing and was very convenient that y’all are so close to the airport! Staff is also very great and provided a great experience!
