The staff was awesome, helpful and the overall facility was clean. We were greeted by a broken revolving door and some stout entrance doors that took enough effort to garner a door man to pry them open. The room was quiet and kept a good temperature. Unfortunately that’s where the compliments stop as the room was appointed with a water stained ceiling and a bathroom without a functional fan, and a bunch of moisture damaged wood. Took a chance on the spa and was not rewarded, it was under temperature and had a broken assist rail. The pool looked as though it was in need of a good cleaning. I would not let my kids swim in it if they were with us in this trip. If the staff was allowed to work in a better maintained facility this place would shine. 4 stars seems like a review written at a much different time than what this place is currently. Would I stay here again, no. I’ve stayed at some seedy places and some swanky ones, this is not a picky review just one that I hope gets some attention on basic maintenance.
Pros:Price was reasonable, room was clean and confortable. Cookies are always a nice touch from the double tree chain
Cons:there was no tub in the bathroom just a shower.
Pros:Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. Last day front desk staff offered a complementary breakfast for the air-conditioning not working in our room.
Cons:Touch screen AC adjustment didn't work. Front desk staff unhelpful to address the issue. No refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Pros:Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Cons:Shuttle service was difficult to use. Can't reserve in advance. Ended up not being able to use free shuttle from airport because it was an hour and a half wait. That was one of the draws for booking this place so far from Denver in the first place. Breakfast buffet not what I thought. Good service , but poor quality food.
Pros:The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
Cons:In our first room the tub was clogged so we got moved to another room and given breakfast coupons. In the new room (we no longer had the mountain view) our air conditioner didn't work. They sent up a technician who fixed it almost immediately, however.

Pros:This was our last stop on our honeymoon. We wanted a hotel close to the airport and we were not disappointed. The hotel was beautiful and our room was nicely decorated. We got to enjoy a Colorado Rockies game not too far away from the hotel, and have a good nights rest before flying out in the morning. I wish we had stayed a few more nights.
Pros:The room was well appointed and clean.
Cons:At 815am a extremely LOUD noise starting coming from the firehose box thing across the hall from my room - when I called about it I was very snappily told "it's not a fire" and when I asked if someone could then turn it off the woman snapped "that's what we are doing"... I mentioned it at the front desk during checkout and they simply didn't seem to care.
Pros:Bed and room was adequate, nothing fancy. Hot tub and pool great temperatures.
Cons:For the amount paid, we should have a breakfast included or at least reasonably priced, $14 for breakfast is not reasonable.
Pros:Super comfortable beds. Microwave and fridge in room.
Cons:No ventilation fan in the restroom
