Pros (+) The bed was extremely comfortable and all the facilities were top notch. Loved the happy hour. We even stayed for dinner.

Pros (+) Facilities (hotel and room) were both quite nice.
Cons (-) Different staff members were less than helpful on numerous occasions throughout our brief stay. Additionally, the morning breakfast buffet was comparable to what you find at any other hotel. It gets the job done but doesn’t live up to he expectation given the facilities.

Pros (+) Room was really nice and spacious. Bathroom was beautiful.
Cons (-) Front desk Assoicate at time of check in was rude and confrontational. Also all front desk Assoicates need to know how to professionally answer the phones. Just answering the phone with an unenthusiastic "hello" is below standard.

Pros (+) The happy hour in the hotel lobby is so nice and relaxing. Complimentary drinks are a nice touch. I love the tropical-like lobby with a stream running through it and lots of big trees and plants. Nice fitness center. Great management.
