Athens Luxury Car Rentals

I reserved an VW EOS, or "equivalent" - they told me to take a Mini Cooper. We're a family of 4, with 4 suitcases. Obviously, this wasn't going to happen. No more AVIS for us!

Took over two hours to collect the car - car was fine but they have some procedures which are unnecessary such as needing to send back their own confirmation email before they will release your car. Be prepared to wait a long time and face some challenges

When receiving the car and writing the damages on the car, the staff didn’t write all the damages which were several damages, we took pictures of all of the damages in case there were to be any questions when returning the car. In fact, there were a lot of questions, the receiver of the car checked and some of the details that we asked to be written in the paper were questioned. She even asked to showed her our pictures to confirm in deed that the damages were already there. She wanted to find something to charge us for damages, thankfully we got proof that the damage on the car were already there when we got the auto. Also gas they said 7:8 but when driving outside the lot the car was at less than 6/8 we took a picture as well. I’ll not rent with them again any where in the world.

It was not open at pickup. It was supposed to be. I called emergency number and they did not have my reservation and said they would be there in 50 minutes. Unacceptable as I had to be somewhere and I had to rent with another company. Lost my money in this prepaid rental and would like refund.

Green Motion mentioned that they would refund the full deposit that they charged me earlier when I picked up the car. The amount was supposed to be $1,487 per the receipt I got from them, but they refunded me $1,439 only.

It was a terrible experience. The car rental store was closed. I had to wait outside more than 20 minutes the owner to return. When he went he wanted to charge me 31€ more and charge the credit card with 870€ for 20 days!!! I canceled the reservation and I hope you will refund the payment. I almost lost my business appointment and cost me much more because I had to take a taxi.

I had the worst experience in my life. They accused me of staining the seats with salt water while my wife and I always wore dry clothes. Not even the fact that the stains were also on the back seat and there was no third passenger was enough for them to understand that we were not responsible. I was literally harassed by their manager and told that I had to take a taxi to the airport unless I agreed to pay 80 euros for a bio cleaning (rental price was 19 euros). We were in a rush to go to the airport so had to accept the abuse in the end. Terrible and frightening behavior by the company. I wonder if they do this regularly as a way to make up for the low price they charge.

The car was on older model 2013 not new for the price paid Car charging port for cell phone did not work Side view mirror controls did not work We had transmission issues Green motion location was not convenient wish there was true airport pickup drop off not a shuttle 15 minutes away Staff was rude

Super helpful staff, definitely sticklers for the time policy so don't be late!

WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Lady was rude, address listed did not even come up in google I had to walk 2 km on side of the road. Lady canceled my reservation because I did not have my passport with me even though I had credit card, id, international driver's license. I told her I will be back with the passport in few hours she canceled then stopped picking up the phone. Horrible experience. I ended up getting a different rental 2x the cost. I still have not gotten a refund for this one
