Cons: The breakfast left much to be desired, eggs were fine but no grits...in the south we eat grits and eggs not OATMEAL. Also the meat that day was bacon, paper thin with no taste...buy some good bacon. and we also like biscuits in the south..no biscuits

Pros: The hotel was immaculate! The rooms are super clean, the lobby and restrooms, the breakfast area and every area of the hotel were sparkling clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great! I loved that it included Gluten free bread and soymilk.
Cons: It's not the fault of the hotel but it is a huge stretch to say this hotel is in Athens. It's a $13, 20 minute Uber ride with no traffic to downtown which a bit further than I was expecting. There is nothing to see near the hotel except a Gas station.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gated parking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were decent size. Very close to everything Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, UGA!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Prime location to UGA.
Cons: The rate was high but comparable to the other hotels and the prime location to UGA it was reasonable.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean rooms; I know because I had to stay in two different ones. Staff was friendly enough but I wouldn’t consider them service oriented.
Cons: Arrived at 10pm for check in for 3 night stay. Was told they were over booked for double rooms and only had King available. Blamed booking.com. Wanted to send us to different hotel for discounted rate. I said no, I’m tired after driving all day and I’m not leaving. Had to prompt for double room availability tomorrow which they had. King room key didn’t work so I called the front desk. Was told to come back down for a new key. I thought she would have offered to bring it up. Left the luggage and my Mother in the hallway and went down. We stayed in King room first night brought the luggage back down in the morning for double room transition. Was told they would put the luggage in our new room after checkout and while we were out for the day. Returned at 5pm only to explain my situation again and “check-in” and my bags were still being held at front desk. No offer to bring the bags up to the room or assist. Where’s the service for their screw up? The parking situation is also a cluster. Multi level parking garage with cobblestone “smokers” garden does not make for a pleasant luggage dragging experience.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Did not like having to pay a extra $30 for parking on game day.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is great. The golf team could walk to restaurants and to explore campus. You definitely pay a premium for the location.
Cons: Breakfast is extra and was not anything spectacular. I would recommend eating somewhere else downtown.
10.0 Excellent

8.0 Excellent
Cons: No outdoor space for meeting friends. No pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location and property are beautiful. Friendly staff, easy fast check-in and clean rooms.
Cons: The bed wasn’t overly comfortable and the sheets/blanket were just a little stiff for my liking. Not bad, just ok.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping!!
Cons: There were numerous sites that advertised a pool and a hot tub!! Only to find out after check in that they no longer had those options!! Asked twice to speak to a manger , never had anybody get back to me! At check out desk attendant was very argumentative about complaint!!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean hotel great for a gameday stay. Walking distancee to great food and bars.
Cons: Be sure to keep in mind $30 a day for parking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Set up like a motel but far from your run of the mill motel 6. Room was super stylish and comfortable and really appreciated the Malin & Goetz toiletries.
Cons: Would be good if they had room service menu or some snacks/drinks available in the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved being able to eat, sleep and see a show all at one location. I would definitely go back to stay there again.
Cons: Restaurant could've offered more entre selection.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pet friendly. Good coffee shop in lobby with some healthy selections. Nice lobby vibe. Pool. Room was comfortable and quiet.
Cons: The pool was a weird shape. Not much exercise equipment.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: atmosphere
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every single thing.
Cons: Nothing.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Our room smelled musty and old. Carpet almost felt wet. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower, there was no soap in the shower or anywhere on the room, bathroom didn’t have a trash can and when called about soap, it took about 40 min for someone to come to the room and they still didn’t have soap. Soap in shower is a shower gel that is locked onto the wall in the shower. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Originality. Decor. Coffee shop.
Cons: We arrived just before the game let out. The cops blocked the entrance into the property and wouldn’t let us through. Luckily we called and were told there was a back entrance on Hoyt. Just took a while to maneuver around with all of the blocked streets. We were “out of touch” and not prepared for that. And therefore, it also made it difficult to catch an Uber. But eventually we made it. Just took much longer than anticipated.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfort of bed!!
Cons: Air conditioner did not work
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect
Cons: Nothing

7.0 Good
Pros: Courteous staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Break first was really great. And all days long free good tea / coffee and biscuit were available, which is really cool! Swimming ppol and SPA were clean and easy to use.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here before while visiting my daughter at college. The hotel has always been clean, comfortable beds, nice area, polite staff, and good breakfast.
Cons: No complaints. Everything was great!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Loved the set up of the guest rooms.
Cons: Swimming pool (too small, always crowded, could never get in. People were throwing kids in pool, too much splashing. People left pool area soaking wet and dripped water all over the hotel. There were wet puddles all over the hotel from pool area through breakfast area and in elevators. Children made way too much noise in the the big common area. There was no signage to ask guest to be quiet. Kids making loud noises all night and very early in morning. Someone could have asked them to be kind to other guest by limiting their use of the open area during night time hours. Then worst yet, I did not get my reward points for my stay including 2 rooms for 4 nights apiece. Our room was not cleaned properly. Stuff on floor when we checked into our room and stuff still on floor after our 4th night there. Beds were made but sheets not changed for 4 nights. Bathroom floor was not cleaned the entire time we were guest there. Black shoe prints on the bathroom floor proved the floors were not cleaned. The bathtub had dark/dirty stains from not being cleaned also.
7.1 Good
Cons: When I went to take a shower after a long ride there was hair on the tub as if no one even touch it after the previous guest. Couldnt help but wonder if the sheets had even been changed so I didnt sleep well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The facility is very good !
Cons: Location was good but could have been a little easier to find.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Coffee
Cons: Cookies
7.5 Good
Pros: The architectural design of the interior of the building is extremely pleasing. Good breakfast.
Cons: DARK. The room was DEPRESSINGLY DARK. I asked only for one lamp to be fixed. Not done. I did not even ask for the second light in the bathroom to be fixed. Who puts yellow semi-opaque lampshades on low lumens bulbs? I will never stay there once it is dark before my bedtime. It was so dark that I could not read in bed. I pulled the lamp to the bed. I moved to the edge of the bed. The light never reached my pages, due to the nature of the lamp shades. I have cataracts. The light was absolutely not for wiser eyes. There were not enough lumens in the bathroom for me to apply my makeup. Do you know how many people need lumens to keep depression at bay? Could not have done it in that room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable
Cons: That the pool closed to early
7.1 Good
Pros: All breads were stale. Breakfast just OK
Cons: NOT pet friendly When we checked out clerk was VERY curt and totally lacking personality!
7.1 Good
Pros: No comment
Cons: Desk staff could have been a bit friendlier and welcoming.

Pros: I had a short stay, just needing the room. The staff was great, happy the room was pre-paid for, and they helped me with a free phone plugin when I had to leave my car (and my charger) somewhere else overnight.
Cons: My only big issue was how loud the door closing is. It wasn't a big deal for me, as I usually wake up before 9am on the weekends, but from 7:30-8:30 the consistent door slams all across the hallways did wake me up at 7:30.

Pros: The size of the room was very nice, I was in a king suite. They were very accommodating for someone forced to travel with a cat. Inspite of being near the elevator the room managed to be fairly quiet at night.
Cons: There was construction outside during the day, we were there for a hurricane evacuation so did not have much to do during the day and found the construction noise annoying. The room looked very well maintained at first, but spending time on the room you began to notice details like peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, holes in the ceiling, and cracked tiles and grout in the bathroom, along with dirt in the corners.

Pros: We were evacuating from Savannah and we were so pleased with all the amenities. Everything we needed to cook, eat, and rest comfortably was there. The place was spotless and the staff friendly.
Cons: I didn’t realize there would be so many pets. I have a fear of dogs and allergies to pet dander and often I had to let a few elevators pass me by because there were people with dogs in them. A pet friendly floor or rooms that similar to non smoking could be non pet accommodation rooms would be helpful.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The swimming pool was rejuvenating. It was a large pool, warm water (summer) with a quiet, calm atmosphere.
Cons: There was a sliding glass door directly from room to the parking lot which was good since my handicapped mother could walk into the room without walking around to enter through the interior hallway door. The sliding glass door was feeling it's age and was very hard to move fully open. My mother would not be able to open it.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Not anyone was able to access our floor with out a key card. (Privacy)
Cons: I initially wanted to pay with my boyfriends debit card but due to the room being in my name I couldn't use his card even though he had given me consent.. Now I was amused that we had to put down an additional 100$ bc we decided to pay with cash. And was told we would get it back @ check out.. We also wanted a smoking room which were sold out.. Also breakfast was 6am-9am.. I was upset at the fact that they wanted you to eat up there in the lobby. And wasn't allowed to bring ANY food back to the room.. Not even an orange juice.. I don't recommend this location to ANYONE! I will not be returning.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel surpasses all the hotels I have ever stayed in Athens and Atlanta! The comfort level was out of this world. The shower was like a water massage and the bed was like sleeping on one giant pillow! I'm not OCD but I'm definitely more particular about cleanliness than most and this place met that standard!
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the additional parking fee per day. $10 per day, which is half the cost for most Atlanta parking but still not desired.
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: front desk staff was very helpful
Cons: There was construction that started at 7am directly above us our first morning. It woke us up an hour and a half before we needed to. Apparently this construction has been occurring for 3 months so I'm not certain why they would put anyone on the top floor is other rooms are available. The front desk staff was very helpful in moving us to a different room for our 2nd night and that night/next morning was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, quick walk to many restaurants and UGA. The hotel is new, clean and modern.

Pros: The property is conveniently located to the UGA Campus. They rooms were spacious and there is a restaurant on the property, although you are in the heart of Athens so there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the property.
Cons: The layout of the building was strange. I was in the north tower and had to wander through a corridor and down a dark hall to get to the elevator for my room. Signage was poor and it seemed generally “creepy” to find your way around.
7.5 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: The elevator was not in service. The front desk clerk was aware of this and still booked us in the wing that requires us to walk several flights of stairs. We were told by staff this is a recurrent situation. This should have been disclosed at check in and staff acting as if they were surprised when I said something was not nice. The elevator had been down for a couple hours prior to and after my arrival.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: I didn't like the fact a crackhead was mistakenly able to knock on the door at 4am in the morning. You can tell they did just enough renovations to snap a few decent photos for the website. This was a motel, not a hotel. Didn't feel particularly safe and would not suggest for families. This is a place for hook up or if your just completely drunk and have no where else to go.
