Middling hotel for the money
Good location meant walking distance to all of downtown Asheville as well of easy highway access. Staff was friendly, and the hotel had a hip, modern feel.
Cost was high for lack of amenities. Modern design lacked some warmth as well as function. Created a louder atmosphere in a bad way, Doors closing on the floor we stayed could be heard at all hours. Really nothing to 'do' at the hotel so why was the price as high as others in the same area with full bars, restaurants and pools?

A Great Romantic Getaway
I loved the view in our "view" room. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was so spacious, clean, and comfortable! Bed was amazing, floors were super clean, and the whole experience was amazing. My girlfriend was very happy, and so it made our getaway wonderful. The walking distance to downtown was also one of our favorite features of the hotel. It was definitely worth it.
The only thing that held me back a little was the price. I paid $240 with taxes included, and didn't get as high of a floor as we wanted (4th), but it was very quiet and you couldn't really hear the traffic below so it was all good. I would definitely stay again. Knowing this room goes for $400+ on the weekends made me appreciate the value we were getting as well. It was definitely a wonderful experience.
