Cons:
Being charged an additional $160 for no reason. They gave me a car that was not full on gas (just under) and I'm assuming they are charging me a premium for it.4.8 Mediocre

That my second car was fine.Cons:
My pickup experience was not great. The first car they gave me had a low tire pressure warning on-- shouldn't you check that and make sure the car is ready to go BEFORE giving it to the customer? When I returned to exchange the car 5 minutes later, I learned that the woman in line in front of me had been given TWO cars with low tire pressure and was working on getting a third from them. They were also super unclear about WHERE the car was-- I was told it was right outside, and it turned out to be in a field across the street... how am I supposed to know that? They made it seem like the low tire pressure was totally normal-- I've never had that experience with a rental car company before.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Staff at pickup was efficient and friendly.Cons:
Car had low tire pressure warning light on at pickup. Tire lost pressure overnight. Drop off location as promised on reservation was closed with no drop box. Took car to other location, and they were unable to take me 3.2 miles back to the closed location due to COVID. Told me to leave keys with car dealer and they would pick up when they had a chance. Website info on drop off locations was incorrect. Limited weekend hours are problematic. I now don’t know whether my car has been returned and how much extra I will have to pay due to the inaccurate information provided. If your motto for years is “we will pick you up,”, you might want to notify folks that you are unable to do so more clearly.9.6 Wonderful

Not switching me to a gas hogging mini van. Your website was supposed to put me in a Vera and instead I got a gas hogging minivan. At least you could have lowered my rate5.2 Fair

Cons:
I had to clean the entire fan upon arriving at home after pick up. It appeared the van was vacuum but not wiped down or cleaned. There was dirt all over the seats and food in the cup holder. Really disappointing. Also the gas tank only had 5/8 of gas in it...10.0 Wonderful

I LOVE THAT AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS PLENTY OF FREE SAFE PARKING TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WHEN PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL. The counter staff are especially friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get a car you will enjoy driving. Love them!!Easirent
