Cons: Breakfast was a little chaotic. It's a small space for so many guests and they were often out of utensils or plates or coffee creamer. However, the food went far beyond continental breakfast and if you're patient, you will get a full meal. You just can't go to breakfast in a hurry.

Pros: This was the most worst hotel experience I have ever had the pool and hot tub were disgusting breakfast was supposed to be included and I paid 50$ for it. There were bloody used bandaid in the pool area along with dirt grime and trash. The bathtub didnt even ever fill up with hot water we didnt have a menu in our room for room service. It was all and all the worst hotel experience I ever had i paid 216$ for a one night stay in a filthy hotel with a shitty view I never will be coming back to this hotel!!!

Cons: My second room when I returned from a few days at Denali National Park was not quite up to par. But I was tied and didn't notice the problems until I was ready for bed. The next morning, I explained the problems and the front desk offered options to make up for it, but none fit my agenda. She was very apologetic, though, and the room was not horrible. Just a few little things. Don't let that stop you from staying. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Cons: For the price that was paid the hotel fell below the standard I am used to for a less price, had to change room due to giving a different room to booked, arrived to our room after a massive day and the room was forgotton to be cleaned and ho help from reception just a sorry, was not offered any towles etc and had to ask for them, then we went to krder room service 15 min befor the kitchen closed and was told sorry we have already closed the kitchen, breakfast buffet was very minimal with 4 hot dishes but one was empth the entire time, you could get eggs cooked, had a good selection of pasterys and the staff were great. I understand hotels miss the mark every now and then but to miss the mark on several items for the price paid is a bit hard to take.

Cons: I found the amenities more lacking than I'd expected. I was pretty sure I saw cable TV listed, but the remote control's guide feature didn't work, and there weren't many channels. There was no mini-fridge; I thought those were pretty much standard in any hotel above "motor lodge" class. The toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc) came out of dispensers). There were only a few cheap plastic cups in the room...so cheap that two of them were cracked and unusable before I even got them out of the plastic wrapper.
I also expected parking to be included; instead, it was an extra 12 bucks. That's not awful, but for $100 a night you should be able to toss in parking.

At half past mid night, looking for the so called “ 24 hour staff” to let upstairs stop the sound like moving, staff unfound, no matter how many time I rang the bell at front desk. I had to knock on the noisy neighbor’s door. No much help. Went to important business event With sleep deprivation next day. 2. Cold... even turned up the heat to high 3. The only happy part is leaving and knowing that I will never come back.

Cons: Our room had a musty smell, which just made me feel uncomfortable. Huge dumpsters, although concealed are stored inside the property as far as I could tell which also left a bad smell in the hall area. Location was ok, as mentioned above, it wasn't too far from the centre IN A CAR, walking would be a different story. Also located on a very busy road which wasn't great but it was our choice to stay here so not a fault of the property. Other than the smell of the room, the room was clean.

Cons: I understand the outbreak...corona virus....we been here before outbreak. I clean my own room...houskeepimg would come by asking if I needed room clean. I would tell them no thanks.. I would ask for more towels and cleaning supplies.. now housekeeping will NOT GIVE NOTHING... I understand with the outbreak... it is difficult to get clean towels let ALONE toilet paper...everuthing is thru front desk...maids could be cleans the room next to my room and WON'T give ANYTHING to guests...the maids speak very little English...and some are very rude.

Cons: Didn't realize when I booked that each room doesn't have its own restroom, you share restrooms and showers with everyone else on the floor, so I avoided showering during my stay as I didn't have any shower shoes. Also no paper towels in restrooms so you have to bring a wash cloth from your room. No housekeeping. Nothing fancy about the rooms, just a couple dressers, fridge, table, folding chair and a bed with 2 flat pillows. Nothing romantic about the place, so don't expect to impress your significant other here. My fiancé says I'm not allowed to book hotels for us anymore after this. If I'd have known what I was getting into would have spent a bit more for a nicer place.

Cons: I had some bad luck with two of the rooms - the first, the heater wouldn't turn off (when it's 5F outside and I have to have a window open). However, they switched me to a second room while maintenance worked on it. The second room's heater had issues as well, but they installed a new space heater which worked much better than the old baseboard heaters. In both cases, the staff (both front desk and maintenance) was quick to respond and very friendly.

Cons: It is very basic I've stayed in a lot of hostile and if it is one of the worst made yet grade the furniture upgrade the linens on the beds and all around just need a lot of upgrading

Pros: Service kind and efficient. Perfect location... right in the thick of tourist area and right up from the train station, but we did have trouble finding a cab driver who would take us up (too close!) I think their shuttle will pick you up from there. Breakfast was great, though I'd get there on the early end, as the food tends to get cool and chewy later in the morning.

Cons: The room was dark, a few lights. The wifi was terrible, kept dropping and some devices could not connect some times.

Cons: WiFi was not working the entire 5 days I was there. Had to switch rooms because door wouldn’t lock and TV wouldn’t work. Once I switched rooms the bathroom light went out on my second day there. I asked 3 times for someone to fix it to no avail. Had to shower in total darkness the rest of the trip. Breakfast was same everyday and over cooked eggs were not good!

Cons: The building itself is kind of beat-beat up... carpets with holes and stains, the hall light outside our room flickered the entire time.

Cons: I initially booked this spot because it had a pool. Upon arrival I learned that it was closed due to the earthquake. I feel like that should be noted on your website! We checked in, went to our room, and only one bed had a blanket. We went out around 5 at which point I asked the front desk to send a blanket up. When I got back at 10pm, still no blanket. Called the front desk, they said it’d be up in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call the front desk, they say they’ve been busy and that they are the only person working right now. I’m pretty tired, I have two young children that I’m traveling with, so I ask if there’s anything I can do (meet them at the desk, laundry room, something useful). They say no, it’ll be up in 10. STILL, 10 minutes later nothing, so I go down, they run with me to the laundry room, no clean blankets. Nothing. At this point it’s after 11pm. They say they’ll have to grab one from an empty room. Which they do about 15 minutes later. Blanket procured. But I feel like it was just one of those times where one thing after another kept falling through. The guy offered to give us complimentary breakfast tickets, which was nice, but he never sent them to our room, so I asked the front desk the next morning, and the attendant was very short and rude about the whole thing. It all just seemed really ridiculous. How hard is it to just be nice and understanding to a patron?! So no, I’d have a hard time recommending your hotel to anyone! Beds were uncomfortable, one just had a top sheet instead of a fitted sheet. I just feel like you could do a lot better, and I hope you want to.

Cons: The staff wrote down our need for a wake up call on a board that hangs on the wall for the morning staff. The morning staff person actually told us that he didn't call us because "his guys hadn't also put a note into the computer" for him to look at the wake up call list! The morning of the Iditarod Ceremonial run! We barely woke up in time because we had 3 hours jet lag and a grueling trip to get to Anchorage from Dallas. I showed the gentleman my $11:00 receipt for breakfast because we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast included and I took a screenshot of the list hanging on the wall with our names and room number on it. We requested a refund for breakfast and he said he would take care of this on Monday but as far as I can tell, nothing has been done. The night before, when we were exhausted, the evening staff had great difficulty giving us the street address of a local restaurant that serves late dinner. Luckily we were able to get that information finally and it was a good restaurant. The first fellow I spoke with was very nice and tried to help us but we didn't see him again. Not checking the wake up call list on a day that important is pretty bad.

Cons: The hotel itself is very poorly maintained. Every detail is worn out: carpeting, drapes, sinks, etc. It seems the staff try to keep it clean, but it didn't feel clean. The lobby was particularly shabby; and breakfast not very appetizing. We went to Cafe Paris next to Sheraton, which was fabulous!

Cons: I'm person just like everyone else I got treated very rudely and still am getting treated rudely I just spent almost $7000 at the cleere on I didn't expect to come here but is in a good location and I still get treated very rudely the gestures the body language I have never done nothing wrong I don't bother nobody in the staff is poor very poor staff attitudes everything smart mouth smart comment is not OK the only one that is very presentable and very nice and pleasant that I feel comfortable with is petina a lady that works at night this place I would not recommend a nobody I only wanna be here now but I'm waiting for my housing I heard employees talking about me as a guest I heard employees talking about me which hurt my feelings multiple times um priceline messed up on my hotel so I sat in the lobby and then was kicked out of the lobby and walked around outside for 3 hours I totally get it if your job staff is not helpful basally certain ones this was a very poor stay I would not recommend this place to nobody and I'm still uncomfortable I read'.

Cons: through out our stay we continuously had to keep getting key cards because they would stop working constantly. We spent more time at the front desk getting new cards than we probably did in our room. To make it worse every time we went down to get new cards the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude. Even when we made sure they weren't anywhere near electronic devices so that it wouldn't deactivate them. in total we probably had to switch out around 15 cards. Hallways were Dirty and trash left all over. parking was awful and housekeeping never serviced our room. We ended up leaving a day early because of how bad it was.

Cons: Not clean, very noisy, breakfast consists of coffee muffins or oatmeal packets. No workout room and the pool was dirty. I requested a coffee pit and coffe. Took it to my room and the "clean" pot had moldy left over grounds in the maker.
