Friendly staff. Good restaurants and interesting shops. Good central location.
Great location and money well spent
Valet parking, friendly staff, great location, clean, plenty to do at the hotel. The view from the hotel was amazing.
That you get treated like royalty for an amazing price get oysters upstairs dance the night away.
The views, service, location and atmosphere were spectacular. Understated and friendly. Could have stayed forever.
Valet parking is expensive, but very convenient.
The location was wonderful.
Both times we stayed there, about a week apart, we were given rooms right next to the elevators which ran all night long.
Centrallly Located Hotel
The hotel was nice overall and the front staff was very friendly and efficient. The hotel seemed very clean and I was always acknowledged by the hotel staff. The hotel restaurant was very good and has amazing views. I did not encounter any problems while I was there.
I thought the hotel was in desperate need of a refresh or update. The rooms and the entire hotel seemed a bit dated. I stayed on the Captains Deck and the rooms were a bit small and did not impress. The sink did not drain properly. The most disappointing part of the trip was the breakfast which was never more than like warm at best. It come from the kitchen which is far away. The breakfast had 3 warm choices and one was always potatoes that were recycled from the night before. Not sure if I would spend that kind of money to stay at that hotel again.
Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of food and shopping.
Had to pay and additional 20 dollars a day to park my own car. The hotel did not own the lot. The desk clerk filled out the passes incorrectly and I received a parking ticket. Took some arguing but I was able to get the hotel to reverse the parking charges so I can pay for the ticket.
A very comfortable stay conveniently located
The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Make sure to park in the Captain Cook garage and have your parking ticket validated. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping from our hotel - nice!
Great hotel for business
Excellent fitness facilities Wonderful view Convenient to downtown locations
Great view and location.
The view from our room was excellent. The location was great as well. Within walking distance to the 5th ave. mall and lots of great eating establishments. Hotel was nice, clean and staff was very friendly.
Hotel could use some renovations. The decor in the hallways looks like it came from the 70s. The bathrooms are a little small, expecllly in the shower.
