In spite of the nice building and the reputed brand name the services at this hotel were poor. No housekeeping service was provided even after repeated requests at front desk and assurances received that they are coming, phone calls to all the listed services from the room were mostly unanswered. Even when someone picked up he put the caller on a hold that usually never ended. Breakfast was OK but barely average. The digital key in the app stopped working after the first day, and front desk did not know how to fix it. On e positive side, the location is great.
Review located in my later stay.
Pros. The location, and amenities were nice.
Cons. The room was advertised as delays but was quite mundane and the view was lack luster.
