Pros: Stayed here because it's the only international hotel in walking distance to downtown and I'm glad we did. The location is terrific and we were pleasantly surprised by how good a value the place was. The rooms aren't luxury hotel (at least without booking the more expensive ones), but the service is like a 5-star hotel in the US. The breakfast was great, if not cheap: it's worth getting since there are not a lot of other options nearby in the morning.

Pros: Staff attitude, friendliness, and hospitality were excellent. Hotel is so spacious and has a lot of facilities. Restaurants are authentic and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was generous and has a lot of varieties to suit everyone in a luxurious way.
Cons: I did not like the common conversations and noise of hotel staff in the corridors near my room. Also the drawers under the TV and the table lamps make a lot of noise while using them or even while touching them.

Cons: We had dinner in the hotel restaurant (Lebanese) one evening and while OK, there are better options for cheaper elsewhere in the city.

Pros: This hostel is economically a good deal, just don't expect any extras.
Cons: When I mean extras I mean towels (1 JOD), breakfast (3 JOD), or anything else. I had issue with wanting to fill my water bottle from the filtered tank. They were resistant, and saying I needed to use a plastic cup that you throw away or buy a bottle of water from the shop down the street. I think this is ridiculous, as it saves them a little bit of money by not consuming their plastic disposable cups.

Pros: The staff demonstrated their interest to make me feel comfortable consistently. I particularly enjoyed their company on my last day after check out while I was waiting for my transfer to the airport. Not only did they care about offering tea and extended internet access but also engaged in discussions about the culture in Jordan. Leen and Khalaf along with Tamam and another colleague of her were really entertaining and considerate with me, for over 1h that I had to wait for my transfer. I have to highlight the pillows, I normally have issues to sleep with big pillows and I found the offering very convenient

Pros: The staff are very helpful indeed , they are welcoming with a good manner, a special thank you to Leen from concierge
Cons: I checked in and left and came back at evening extremely tired just wanted to sleep to be surprised with bathroom. It was in terrible condition, sewage water on all the floor and the tub is full of mud and the smell in the room and bathroom is just disgusting. They tried to fix it but couldn’t, so got transferred to another room where i had to pack everything again.

Pros: Excellent massage and service from the spa and fitness team. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Good gym, had everything needed. Helpful staff at breakfast. Great indoor and outdoor pool. My husband enjoyed sauna and steam rooms
Cons: Little things meant I felt this wasn’t quite up to normal Accor standard. When first arrived there was only one hand towel, one robe yet the room and booking was for two people. We had to ask twice for this to be rectified. No tomato juice available at the bar. The hotel seemed a little dated in areas. The sauna wasn’t on and didn’t heat up when turned on in female area but the steam room was good. Shame as I’d been looking forward to a sauna.

Pros: There is so much to love about this great hotel! Fabulous location right opposite the Roman Theatre and in the midst of downtown souks and restaurants. But the highlight is Raymond and all his wonderful staff who could not have been kinder. The wifi is just in common areas which is great because there are always people to meet in the cafe and lobby. Marwan organised great shared trips for us to Jerash and Madaba etc. you pay a little more but all our drivers were helpful and contributed lots of local knowledge. Raymond has a great story to tell and he is sponsoring uni students who work in his hotel. Don’t forget to read the notice boards which are both informative and entertaining! Don’t miss the terrace at sunset.

Cons: It’s noisy from the street but you can get free earplugs from the hotel lobby. The bathroom has a bad smell.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: That's the first time in Amman, It's a very nice city , and I had good luck to stay in amman pasha hotel , they have a better restaurant and coffee shop , they r too much friendly. You will rally enjoyed every moment.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Cons:
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was pretty good, very close to the Roman Theatre and city center. The dinner included is really nice.
Cons: Is a bit dirty the room. Expensive drinks and food in the restaurant. The guest relations is trying to rip you off with very expensive tours, don't buy from them, check alternatives.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in downtown Amman
Cons: Barbecue dinner at the rooftop restaurant was too much. Atleast 6 people could'v eaten from the 2 person dish, a waste of food.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to eveyrthing.
Cons: Ants, in the bathroom & living room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Central, clean place with nice people and restaurant.
Cons: It can get a bit noisy from the streets.

6.0 Good
Pros: Clean room, nice sheets, beds comfy, single beds not bunk beds. Good wifi in room. Staff friendly & helpful.
Cons: I was in the room just next to the staff office, which is staffed all night. The wall is thin, therefore I was disturbed by noise from the TV or radio for most of the night. This could just be personal, and could be avoided by not being in that room... Also, there is no natural light or communal area. But Ok for just a night, for the price.

Pros: Good location & close to the downtown. It is right on top of second circle and easy to find taxi. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel, there are lots of places to eat nearby. Plus Reem shawarma shop and pub is located within 5 minutes’ walk. The room was comfortable and my room (7th floor) with good city view and Wi-Fi is strong. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Cons: The business center did not have a functioning computer. Tour desk is not available, instead the reception staff routed me to contact through Intercontinental –Jordan (Tour desk) for tour bookings like, City tour, Petra, Bethany, Jarash, Madaba, etc. (since tour pickup/drop-off is from Intercontinental –Jordan). Fitness center > some GYM equipment is out-dated and some did not work; and very few weights.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The most important was the location and staff treatment.
Cons:
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Only the location was the only thing that I liked
Cons: The main issue of the hotel was the cleanliness. You could observe it from the elevator to the room and toilet.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is very good, staff is friendly, breakfast abundant.
Cons: The hotel has not been properly clean in months, not only stained carpets but crumbles and dirt al over them. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip)
Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable.
One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.

Pros: The warmth of the staff was the only thing that I took
Cons: The building is warn out, the place it's at is very dodgy and the place should rather be a hostel than a hotel truly. Linen has dirty marks and the place is not cleaned. I could not shower, no space as the shower is in the toilet. It just doesn't work.
