Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location and the helpfulness of the staff, making it convenient for exploring the city and feeling welcomed. However, a significant number of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, noting issues such as dirt, mold, and unpleasant odors. While some guests found the value for money reasonable and appreciated the atmosphere, the overall experience was often marred by poor housekeeping and maintenance. Improvements in cleanliness and room upkeep would greatly enhance guest satisfaction.
