Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing restaurants, shops, and public transport. The service and staff were frequently highlighted as friendly, accommodating, and helpful, with several guests mentioning positive experiences with reception and support for special requests. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple reviews noting issues such as unclean rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Noise from the street and within the hotel was also mentioned as a drawback, especially for rooms facing busy areas. Value for price received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it reasonable and others feeling it did not match expectations.

Location is great! Close to everything in Amman ! The hotel claims to be smoked free but our room scanned like smoke. Elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs that are usually blocked for guest access and full of trash. Breakfast was not served on our last day as our transfer to the airport came on time.
