Pros: So perfect an absolute joy to stay here so sad to be leaving be back real soon !!!

Pros: Great location, nice pool, good breakfast. We stayed in a junior suite for 2 days which was very nice, we decided to stay longer but had to move to a smaller room which was also good. It overlooked the pool and mountain and marina for lovely sunsets.

Cons: Housekeeping very slow, don't think they has enough staff.

Pros: Very nice garden, very friendly personnel, clean rooms, perfect facility’s and perfect distance to beach. The warm pool is really top.

Pros: The staff have been most attentive to all our needs and they could not do more for us. The building itself looks ready for refurbishment but perfectly adequate for what we paid. We enjoyed the fantastic sea and mountain views from our windows. We booked this holiday in March for occupation in December so we do not understand how they came to accommodate us on the first floor of the four floor building, the noisiest part. We drew attention to the fact and they let us have rooms on the second floor which was just a little better. The food was adequate and plentiful. Water was supplied for breakfast but not for supper. We had to bring our own bottled water. In the spa areas, wonderful service was provided by Sesemm and her colleagues.

Cons: The sound of music playing in the patios every night between 2200 and 0100 was a bit upsetting. We were told by people in the upper floors that they could not hear anything. Sounds like the place to aim for next time. Itemised receipts were never given which made it somewhat difficult to query entries.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and courteous. Nothing was too much to ask. The old man chef could not do enough to please you.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, the towels were old, threadbare and torn. They were not hotel worthy at all. They did changed the towels towards the end of our stay to new ones. the wall between rooms were very thin you could practically here next door.

Pros: The positives to allow a review better than I really should give were the fresh orange juice at breakfast with nice omelettes and the instant agreement by the manager to cancel the extra 5 days booking with no hesitation the next morning.

Cons: This is not a 4* hotel. It struggles to barely reach the standard of the old style Travelodge in UK. The shower head was broken, room was very dusty causing a sneezing bout, decor is old style and needs brightening up, location is on a main street about 5 to 10 mins walk to beach, the reception man (although friendly and smiling) kept insisting for full payment 3 or 4 times even though we had barely unpacked, leading to a telephone call saying to pay up as he was finishing his shift, the porter told us to shush when my son said something from the top of the stairs (900pm) and finally dinner service was appalling with hand scrawled menus in French only for many dishes, poor presentation of meat dishes which looked unappetizing, cold rice and half the buffet was of various connotations of salad mixes! We checked out after one night and moved to a proper 4* hotel on the beach next day instead of staying the full 6 nights. My advice to management....invest, improve and rebrand otherwise seriously going downhill.

Pros: Nice, big breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Affordable restaurants very close by. Quiet area.

Cons: The cleaner seemed to avoid our room for some reason?! Had to speak to reception to get our bin emptied and towels changed.

Pros: It's not saying other than superb personal, location and stuff helpful to give all informations and suggestions that you need. Next time to visit Agadir this hotel should be only option to stay there!

Cons: The staff were appalling, the check in took forever and they kept requesting a "voucher " I tried to explain many times that I booked via kayak mobile app so I don't have a "voucher " the reluctantly / eventually accepted the booking reference number. Their cyber long want won't and once again the front deck were very unhelpful when I was trying to do my airline online check in, this time the staff a front desk were down right rude. Then the bar staff didn't have a word of English and were again rude. Wifi service was practically none existent. The nicest people in this whole hotel was the engineer who arrived at our room to repair the wifi connection. Booked a room with side see view, ended up in a first floor corner room over looking the terrace, I suppose if if stretched out over the balcony using binoculars I might have caught a small glimpse of the sea. Having been staying up the road in the sofitel , I can confirm that the Royal Atlas is far from being a five star. More like a three star.

Pros: The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to accommodate the guests and their requests. The room was great, very clean and cleaned daily. Clean towels and replacement bathroom products every day.

Cons: The only issue that we had was that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Spoke to the Manager about this and was informed that this would be something that they would look into during the renovation of the hotel,

Pros: Hotel was better than we expected! Food was good variety of many countries food. Nice and helpfull staff and nothing to complain. We ate everything and nobody became ill. Our big group (12 people) had a common table every evening. One pool was heated, that was a huge advantage! The animation team were kind and to every day was something to everybody (yoga, darts, beach volley, table tennis, aqua gym, water polo, dance lessons, food course, arabic course etc). In some evenings there was a camel in the area, so you could have a camel riding. Very big rooms, much space to keep luggage and all the stuff. Beds were also good. There were quite thin blankets in the extrabeds, but when you asked you could have warmer blankets instead. Hotel was near to the beach and shopping. There was extra nice shop, where you didn´t have to agree the price, everything was with a priced already ;)

Cons: Rooms were a little bit old. Water came out to the floor from the bath when you were in the shower. There were some problems in reception when paying with a card.

Pros: Decent location, although away from the main areas of restaurants and bars. The staff were all very nice throughout our stay. Right outside the pool area, which was a nice location.

Cons: My room was not completely clean when I checked in and it took repeated calls to get someone to come collect a prior guest’s towels and pillow. I also had to remind them to bring me new towels after they took the old ones. Check in took forever and no reason was given. Prices high for the amenities that are included. Large breakfast option with mediocre food. Towel racks were very loose sand were close to breaking.

Pros: Impressive gardens very well maintained. Very clean outside - paths were washed twice a day. Staff excellent and very helpful. The main problem with the breakfast was that the hotel was full at that time and they couldn't fit all the people in the main restaurant and had to move downstairs. Until they brought the food it got cold. Not really impressed by the range of food for a five star hotel. Otherwise not bad.

Cons: The disability access to the hotel was a little difficult - there are slopes but quite steep. In the toilet the grout was dirty which spoiled the impression of a nice bathroom. Sunbeds around the pool get booked early in the morning and stay like that for hours and the umbrellas are fixed so you cannot get a shade. The other thing that needs to be dealt with is the road leading from the hotel to the main street - it is like a rubbish bin- probably this is a problem for the municipality but I do believe that the hotel management could take some action about it.

Pros: The majority of people working there are very helpful.

Cons: There were ants coming into the room on a daily basis and there was no heating for the cold nights.

Cons: Staff was incredibly rude. From room service to check out. Very ignorant and disrespectful. Waiters at restaurant have zero knowledge. Food was bad and all three times they tried to over charge us. When we corrected them they got mad, as if we were mean or stupid for wanting to pay the price on the menu. Watch out for "city tax" 20euros more than hotels.com said I should have to pay.

Pros: No i where very chocked with the quality of room as it was not as advertised, it was impossible for me to stay on it , i had to pay for full one night DH 1145.00 for nothing other then trouble and waist of my time and money.
