We enjoyed the fantastic sea and mountain views from our windows. We booked this holiday in March for occupation in December so we do not understand how they came to accommodate us on the first floor of the four floor building, the noisiest part. We drew attention to the fact and they let us have rooms on the second floor which was just a little better. The food was adequate and plentiful. Water was supplied for breakfast but not for supper. We had to bring our own bottled water. In the spa areas, wonderful service was provided by Sesemm and her colleagues.

Cons: The sound of music playing in the patios every night between 2200 and 0100 was a bit upsetting. We were told by people in the upper floors that they could not hear anything. Sounds like the place to aim for next time. Itemised receipts were never given which made it somewhat difficult to query entries.

Cons: After spending such a long time searching for a hotel in Agadir I decided to opt for this one as the reviews were ok and it ticked the boxes, but when I got their it was not as stated on booking.com . There was no sofa beds only sofa . You got the same amount of beds and room and prices were higher if u put another person down but no extra bed offered . The location was very far from the beach and shops and the place seemed dead ! It said sea side view and this was not true . The hotel did not have much facilities either . The hotel manager said it was the fault of booking.com as they had described it . We only stayed one night and decided to transfer to another hotel .

Cons: We initially booked this hotel for the whole duration of our holiday however once we arrived the rooms were not what we expected so we only stayed one night and decided to shift to a different hotel. There was almost £400 price difference between the junior and senior suit yet no difference in beds, the only difference was having a larger kitchen. The beds were very firm and pillows were very uncomfortable, the kids were expected to sleep on what they call sofa beds (not a fold out one) The bathroom smelt of drainage. The hotel is located in Founty which is abit out the way from central Agadir, alot of building work around the hotel and no sea views from any of our 3 apartments which is what we wanted. Cons: The staff were appalling, the check in took forever and they kept requesting a "voucher " I tried to explain many times that I booked via kayak mobile app so I don't have a "voucher " the reluctantly / eventually accepted the booking reference number.
Their cyber long want won't and once again the front deck were very unhelpful when I was trying to do my airline online check in, this time the staff a front desk were down right rude.
Then the bar staff didn't have a word of English and were again rude.
Wifi service was practically none existent.
The nicest people in this whole hotel was the engineer who arrived at our room to repair the wifi connection.
Booked a room with side see view, ended up in a first floor corner room over looking the terrace, I suppose if if stretched out over the balcony using binoculars I might have caught a small glimpse of the sea.

Room service forgot to put a towel and I called for a new one. It never arrived despite of three calls. WiF not available in the rooms. Guests gather up near the reception to catch a signal that is relatively weak. You'd feel lucky if you get connected. Staff not cooperative at all. It is clear that the management's objectives are to fill in the hotel rooms with customers without caring about the quality of the services offered. Knowing that this is an all-inclusive hotel, restaurant looked more like a school canteen. Food lacked flavouring and creativity.

Cons: they withdrew the full amount of payment in advance almost 3 months before our visit, which was surprisingly early, but they changed our reservation from 3 room suite to smaller 2 rooms. It happened without any explanation or excuse. And a red plastic bracelet (non detachable) was so annoying. We were forced to wear it wherever we went. The reception ladies were unkind, and not helpful for any questions that we made. Worst experience. room airconditioners were so disgustingly dirty, I dont think the facility team ever cleaned the air conditioners. Sorry to say so, but it was the worst.

Cons: Their bath tub and toilet was clogged. When I called them they said staff only comes before 4:00 pm. They said the hotel has free internet service. But there was no internet and when I called they said we cannot do anything because the PROBLEM IS GENERAL. when I said when it will be fixed they said we don’t know. I invited my fiancé on dinner and they severe to God misbehave her and pushed her hard and thrower her out of the hotel. They said why you came in the hotel with a foreighner. I was shocked. I have not seen such a disrespectful behavior towards a female in my whole life.

Cons: After a Road trip of 8 hours we arrived at the Mogador Hotel. Our luggage have been taken by the clerks so we could check in. This took a while because of all the paper work. Once we checked in we went to our rooms to find out that the luggage still wasn’t delivered and there were no towells in the bathroom. We waited for an half hour and still no luggage and towells. We called the reception and they said the luggage and clean towells were on the way. Another half hour later I decided to go to the reception myself. Once I arrived and asked for my luggage they didn’t know where it was. 2 minutes later we saw our luggage (not supervised) somewhere in the lobby. We took the luggage to our room but still there weren’t any towells. Furthermore, the cleaning service was very bad as they enter the room without permission (I was awake very early and I heard someone open and close the door. When you go out and you hang the sign ‘Please clean my room’ they do not come and clean the room. TV was not working, Fitness equipment was not working and during our whole stay there was a strong smell of sewer in our room. When we asked an employee about the smell when he was in our room he simply said; sorry, I dont smell anything and left. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and especially not room 343! In my opinion this would more be a 2 or 3 star hotel.

Cons: This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking and I really wish they hadn't! I had originally booked to stay for 2 nights and we left after the first night because the hotel was so disgusting. If I could have left the same day I arrived I would have. This hotel is definitely not a 4* it is bearly even a 2* and that maybe pushing it. The rooms are dusty and I can say rooms as I requested a room change because the first one smelled mouldy. The linens on the beds in the room were dirty. I was up most of the night coughing because of the dust in the room and this caused my chest to become tight. The hotel is noisy at night and we could hear all from the revellers on the streets below. Breakfast was a joke and not many options if you can't have carbs. I ordered food from the pool side bar, a pizza without olives. I was given a pizza with olives and we I told the waiter that this should be without olives he took it out back and removed the olives and then brought the pizza back out to me!!!! Good thing I just don't like olives and I wasn't actually allergic!!!! I would definitely not recommend you stay at this hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere

At the restaurant when ordered a margarita it came with peppers and black olives, when i advised that s not a margarita the waitress had the audacity to advise otherwise.

Really frustrating. Finally after a chat with the staff we got our rooms. Bathrooms had leaks. Shower door would not close properly. Shower head was just about hanging off the hook on 1 screw. AC was not working in some of the rooms.

Cons: Slow check in progress. No toilet paper, no towels, no soap. Took ages to get paper and towels. Dirty old room and creepy rusty shower where there was no hot water. Pool water is somehow an oily brownish fluid ot very inviting for a dip... Beds are tiny. Maybe it was a cool place 30 years ago. Needs refurbishing totally. It is no longer 1990. I left one hour after check in

Cons: Lots of not working things. Fridge didn't work when we came. One window couldn't be open, one we couldn't close. Lock in the door - broken. No door to bathroom only curtains. Bathtub was leaking - so water was on the floor all the time (there was no mop or anything to dry the floor). Smell inside - terrible. Noise from outside unreal - karaoke music from 23 till 2 o'clock (very loud). In one word highly do not recommend! The worst hotel ever!!!

Cons: Terrible experience. I emailed the hotel over a month before arriving to inform them my mum is wheel chair bound and that we needed a ground room. They confirmed this. However when we arrived we were given a room on the 4th floor. We were asked to move rooms first thing the next morning. We packed our things and we're waiting from 9am to 3pm for the disabled room. Shocking experience. We only stayed for 3 days so this ruined a hunk of our time. The hotel seems really disorganised.

Cons: They charged a tax on arrival, the room was dirty in desperate need of paint. The facet in the bathroom was filthy and coming off only cold water worked, the toilet dripped continually and no hot water in the shower every morning.
