5.4 Okay
Cons: I did not like the inside of the room, broken things and the dirty carpet. I felt as if they had given me the worst room. I do not plan to return to this place anymore.
7.9 Good
Pros: The food and pool and the people who worked there where very good
Cons: There was no activities. No beach to swim. I thought it would be different for that much money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but to name a few: The staff were lovely, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly people that never said no to whatever you ask. They make the hotel have such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The room was incredible. With the press of a few buttons you have the most amazing views from your bed. The room service is really tasty and they set it up like you are at a restaurant. The Caesar salad was the best along with the paella. The buggy service is lovely. They are always ready to take you around the hotel and the ride is great with the views. The communal pool area and breakfast area has an incredible view. The level of service at both these areas makes you not want to leave the hotel in the day. The minute you sit down on a lounger, the staff have put down an ice bucket with waters in. Through out the day they brought us little things like homemade lollies and told us about the area. The buffet breakfast is really good. The variety and quality of it was perfect. The food is incredibly clean and delicious. They change the buffet day to day so you are able to try lots of local foods as well as an expansive international spread. There are lots of details that this hotel gets right. Some of these are; the turn down at night with the little cookies or macaroons left by your bed, the incense burner and candle in the room ready to light, the vanity box in the bathroom that has everything you can imagine. This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons: The hotel is perfect! I would have liked to swim in the sea though. There is a restaurant by it and you can walk down to it but a jetty would be great. The Thai restaurant was nice but the Restaurant by the water (Roka?) was not as good food wise and really expensive for what the dishes were. Much preferred the atmosphere of the top communal pool and the lounge area menu.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the views
Cons: food quality could be better
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good food a la carte
Cons: nothing, all fine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views of the sea and a real sense of nature around the property. Very high quality food in the various restaurants. Stunning swimming pool. Very sincere, efficient and charming service. Nice sense of space in the villas with good views, high ceilings and all the creature comforts. Excellent spa - I would recommend the 90 minute Balinese massage.
Cons: Would have like the gym to have also had a bar with free weights that you could attach to the end. Also Pilates foam rollers would be useful. Gym perfectly ok and open 24 hours a day but could be a little better stocked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was AMAZING! Exceeded ou expectations completely and we still cannot get over it :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was magnificent and the stay was super comfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly & helpful; the design & construction of the buildings was appropriate and the location was, overall, perfect.
Cons: Unfortunately, the majority of the lodges are on the north-facing side of the promontory and while most enjoy spectacular views of the sunset, they receive little direct sun throughout the day. The electrical, plumbing and other services are visible between the concrete posts on which the lodges sit. Some simple bamboo screens would conceal these unsightly areas. The hotel serves weddings and other block booking events, which necessarily involve some disruption to other guests. In an 11 day stay, we experienced 3 such events with the pool closed each time; and most irritatingly, no prior notice. However, having made our dissatisfaction known to staff, we were given a free meal at the excellent Thai restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The pool area. The view and the staff were amazing.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The perfection are everywhere in that place !
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is really wonderful. The staff was attentive to all our wishes. We stayed for five days and found our stay too short. The only negative points are at the level of the room. But these are details such as the impossibility of partially opening the awning of the bay of the pool and the completely open layout of the room and bathroom that does not allow complete silence when using in the middle of the night, for example. The rest is perfect.
Cons: Interior of the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, beautiful design and pool, convenient location, bell boys cleaned our car, efficient restaurant service, got our room early (11:00am) and had a late check out (2pm) at no extra cost.
Cons: Facilities need a little bit of maintenance, food was not great, room was not 100% clean (hair on the ground from previous guests, trash not collected at turn down, In Room Dining service not collected at turndown...)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location!, with the Acapulcó views, yet “removed”.... The design of the place, is great... the staff, very kind... which is not hard to accomplish in Mexico... The “adult-Only” feel of the place, is great!, and the ambience music, to be recorded...
Cons: The shower only had 2 towels for a 2 person room, in a resort.... we had to constantly ask for more towels, and soap...! The closet design.... su..ks.. we had a hard time getting our stuff in & put, specially since we were ther for a wedding weekend... I would strongly suggest that they consider an outdoor shower at the terraces... There was “one” kid at the pool, It is ok..., I am a dad, however, he was yelling..., calling out for his dad... I cannot blame the kid..., but the parents, and staff.... We ordered coffee to our room, both mornings.... it was Not Good... that is a pity, since that is easily fixable, it should be a must...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Facility looks amazing, rooms are stylish and we have never slept in a more comfortable bed. The staff was making sure we have everything we need. Don't miss a candle light dinner at the restaurant.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and good service.:))
Cons: When you are at the beach area, they do not have waiters service.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was directly on the beach and had great views to the ocean.
Cons: The hotel has three pools. Two smaller ones and shallow for the children and the one deeper for adults. Unfortunately, the children were allowed in the adult pool. I complained and was told all the pools were for all family members. While laying out by the adult pool, I was splashed in by children running all over the place. I couldn’t do laps because I was afraid of hurting the children who were always in the way :(
9.2 Excellent

5.4 Okay
Pros: I like Acapulco and the vintage vibe o las Brisas that's it. La concha club and location.
Cons: We have to change room first they send us to a ugly old room, and the rate price was higher than the one we sign up , they argued that it was because Us dlls. So terrible wrong. The staff , the manager , the cucaracha in our room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Las Brisas offers a great stay. We have been coming for years and are still amazed with the views on the bay. Reasons for us to come to LB: fantastic staff(!!), privacy and beach club.
Cons: Feedback; the interior of the rooms is getting more worn every year, refridgerators past away years ago, please bury the corpses ;) also times are changing and LB is not very sustainable. A world to win. In the end it offers good value for money and we love the attention from the amazing staff, gracias chicos nos vemos muy pronto!

Cons: Shape and location. It is very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all, the staff is really friendly. They help you whatever you're asking for. The room looks exactly the same as in the picture. Room service the food is good. Breakfast is good. The bed is comfortable. And the most important things i'll always look at when i book a hotel is the toilet. Clean and nice. If you're working in the Mundo Imperial, this is the best choice because it's just less than 5 minute travel and they have free transportation for you. And it's also less than 10 minute to travel to the airport. Well i'll rate 10/10 for this hotel and for sure i'll book this hotel again when i travel to Acapulco next time.

Pros: We chose this facility because of its proximity to the airport. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. The facility was great and we appreciated the restaurant. Pool was okay.
Cons: I wish the shuttle could have taken us to the airport on the half-hour, surely it wasn't being used for another purpose so early in the morning. The pool could have been nicer and a hot tub would have been nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, from luggage attendant, reception and restaurant staff!!

Pros: All the outside of the hotel.
Cons: The room had a beautiful ocean view but it was not is very outdated and old and very overpriced. The ocean view is covered by horrible thick shutters that only open in one side and completely blocks the view. Also disliked the shops inside the hotel. Very overpriced. 9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff are all incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive. They were happy to accommodate any and all requests and made the stay an absolute pleasure. The service was excellent and the food as always delicious! Free WiFi at the hotel.
Cons: Some of the facilities are showing their age and improvements would be welcome but it was not a detriment to our stay. There was no bar service at the beach but understandable as we went in low season. There was only one free socket in the room which is difficult for charging phones in this day and age.
6.7 Good
Pros: The property itself is great the pools the staff
Cons: A lot of things in the room are rusty specially in the shower .... the curtains showers fit a little too short so when one showers a lot of water gets out of the tub Some of the tiles on the pools are coming off .... the restaurants don’t have an extended variety of food choices ... when asked the for shampoo or toilet paper they only brought one when there were 4 people in the room ... And I think they charge a lot for a pet and they don’t even provide bowls or beds ... Most of the hotels In the U.S. only take a deposit for pets, onice they see everything is as it was they give back ...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good views!, great food, big pool!
Cons: pay on top of the price "services" valet parking (we travel in bus), bell boy! really?, tips its on discretion of every body, you don't need to abuse if is the case to give a tip to the "services" add in the room price, don't try to surprise with your extra "services"
5.4 Okay
Pros: Very good location in Acapulco Diamante. Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent pools and right at the beach.
Cons: 1. The hotel is a little run down, could use some improvement and updating. 2. Food is average at best and hugely overpriced. Breakfast wasn’t exceptional and more often than not, flavorless. The Terraza restaurant is filled with birds that pray on crumbs from clients tables and end up sniffing around the buffet (I once saw two birds eating directly from the Chilaquiles tray and no one from the staff batted an eye). Breakfast was included in the room’s fee, otherwise I wouldn’t have paid 300+ MXN to eat it. We preferred to dine out all three nights. 3. The hotel beach service. You have nice loungers / recliners available at the beach few steps from the hotel, but not beach front. In front of you, there are rows of loungers in huge tents managed by locals who are noisy and constantly trying to sell you stuff. If you want beach front you have to pay these people, and they block the view for all the ones using the hotels loungers. 4. Cars are parked under the scorching sun of Acapulco, not even under palm roofs. In summary, a hotel that’s supposed to be nicer than the Princess Mundo Imperial is just about the same as it’s lower category brother and at higher prices. Very disappointed to find the value for money is not what it used to be with the previous administration.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was outstanding, we really enjoyed the ocean view while dining. I also loved the shuttle access to the Princess. The staff was very friendly and attentive, we had a really wonderful stay.
Cons: Better variety for evening and afternoon meals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right in the beach.. peaceful
Cons: Service at the pool not quite good
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Place its beautiful few steps from the beach.
Cons: I was There, for only one night, couldn't really enjoy it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very good selection at breakfast, many swimming pools, helpful personal, pet friendly (it was not a problem that dog was running around), restaurants are very good, all inclusive service the best. Beautiful views on the beach.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed... We were once in this hotel and bed was perfect, this time reception gave us free upgrade of room but finally it was not better then this one before... We had really soft mattress and after first night I had really big pain in my backbone, next thing... toilet seat was under the shelf so it was not possible to open it 100% (it falls down everytime)... this just increased my pain after first sit there... We asked about change of mattress but we only received overlay which made it little bit harder... It did not help us... It took 2 weeks after holiday to come back to the same condition... After few complaints reception just said that we can call some number and next time we will get discount 45%.... I hope that not in the same room...
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is super convenient and the beach is top notch.
Cons: The hotel should be up for a renewal, the rooms and the facilities in general seem antiquated and lacking in mantainance. Specifically the rooms smell kinda moisty and the air conditioning don't work properly for a 5star hotel.
7.7 Good
Pros: Beach, pools, restaurants, attention at the front desk!
Cons: Family places, boring, and mature couples...
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Dog friendly hotel. We did not have any trouble because of our dog. Dog had alot of space to run free. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Ocean view is not exactly ocean view. It was partial on side, hotel should declarate it on beginning. Most of view ocupied garden and charge was for other type of room. In one restaurant "chimichanga" or some simillar name they open for you water on entry, one bottle of mineral water and another of natural water and than they charge you 250mxn for it...it was the worst experience.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was very convenient and the stay was hassle-free.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Totally beautiful, safe and wonderful rooms. Comfortable and convenient location.
Cons: I hate to complain because it was such a bargain and so nice in every other way but they have the Loudest air conditioner system on earth. Wakes you up every time it starts. You can hear every neighboring unit kick on and off as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A 10 minute walk to the beach. A few restaurants within 5 minutes walking (I did not try them). Big supermarket 8 minutes walk away (in the direction of the beach, on the main thoroughfare). Hotel was away from the noisy areas, with a quite large swimming pool in the centre of the complex. The rooms feel more like individual chalets than hotel rooms, in terms of their layout.
Cons: I didn't have any complaints.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing pool and a very big room and bed.
Cons: A bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
9.6 Excellent

Cons: Enable the restaurant. I got a cab to breakfast in calinda beach. Will you refund me that money?
7.5 Good
Pros: Parking outside the door was great. Pool area was nice, room was spacious, bed was comfy. Inside and outside were kept really clean.
Cons: Coffee maker in the room would be nice, also ice machine would be nice.
8.3 Excellent

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The background of the hotel was nice on the back of the hotel
Cons: Continental breakfast without granola cereal and they did not have any cereal? I should get partial refund for this, did not have breakfast and no menu offered. lots of mosqitoes and AC unit made a lot of noise and not let me sleep. very outdated hotel, it should not be called a resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Privacy
Cons: More snack options on menus
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really cool hotel well renovated and relaxing
Cons: The beach it’s full of people and messy , not clean
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel in general is pretty run down and truly ugly and uncomfortable. Fetid smell everywhere. We had to leave because it was unbearable. They did not return my money: I went to Esencia and had a wonderful time.
Cons: Literally everything. The rooms. The food. The pool. The facilities. The spa is just horrid, I mean truly truly bad.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Private access on the sea (good for snorkeling), restaurant with good value for money, room with incredible view, SPA very relaxing.
Cons: mattress too soft for my back. The neighborhood doesn't seem safe at all, fortunately the hotel has a private and guarded access. Far away from the airport (45-60 minutes by taxi), some waiter not good enough for the hotel
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved that it was right on the water. Great for snorkeling. Old Acapulco location is very interesting and nostalgic.
Cons: The property was perfect. However leaving the property was a bit sketchy, drunks on the street cat calling and dirty. The neighbor outside the hotel needs to be repaired.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The view but it is very very old and dirty
Cons: The staff, manager is not nice, very old building
5.4 Okay
Cons: Deficient building maintenance, it supposed to be retro not old.
6.3 Good
Pros: Cool design and vibe.
Cons: The water from the pool was too hot; the AC was old and super noisy; the hotel charged us for water, even though the tab water isn´t drinkable; food wasn´t tasty at all. They should improve the amenities and services they offer.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Pool area but no beach
Cons: Room smelt of smoke. Waitress reminded us to tip her after every meal. It is in a Very seedy area, next to a very noisy public beach.

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Restaurant-food,
Cons: Since I arrived to facilities, my reservation was made no to my name it was to the other guest. Room.- a lot of noise from outside, streets and cars. The air conditioner all the time was noisy, even I reported they did not do nothing to solve the problem. Some staff from the front desk no having manners to deal with client. Two of them were no polite and rude. Not communication among staff. they were not aware what we could get or not. training to staff about services and, how to deal with customer service. Courtesy for people that came to visit me to hotel. Staff treated him as a delinquent. Also, manger charged me $ 800.00 for a visit of a friend to facilities. my friend was only visiting for the day time from 9 to 6 pm. They made us feel very uncomfortable. Spent must of the day dealing with this issue with front desk staff and manager. I went to relaxed and, feel comfortable. Instead of I had stress and felt very embarrassed in front of my Mexican friend who went to visit me and, from my Canadian friend who was accompany to visit Acapulco. i been in that facilities since it was a Marriot, even I thought that could be a good idea to buy a membership. But with all the problems mentioned above i will be crazy if I think about it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The high points are the view from the room I took and the distance from the sea. staff are really nice and friendly.
Cons: The furniture was really old and the food is disaster. some apartmants dont have fridge and basic facilities. the shower is the worse too. Its a noisy and full of big families hotel. in weekends is a huge mess. you probabilly wont be able to keep your lugage after checkout or even ask for late checkout because is always busy even in low season. checkout was an awefull experience.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Beach Lobby Leaving.
Cons: Everything
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Real garbage, price is related to Krystal brand but not the hotel locacation, buffet Is really poor on Acuamarina restaurant, meal seems older than one day, and no ice machines working floors from 9 to 17, Is not clean and missing maintenance.
7.5 Good
Pros: Minimarket inside the hotel, where you can get drinks easily. It has a private area on the beach, adding value to your stay. (Don't go for all-inclussive, full board, option, it is well known that food quality in such modality is not good in krystal hotels).
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Hotel in a good location.
Cons: Our stay was All Inclusive. However there were many restrictions with it. We have stayed All Inclusive in the past and there were absolutely no limits. Our first day out for dinner we ordered from the Menu to find out it was a charge and that only the buffet was included. Buffet food was average with some foods lacking taste. There was a variety but always the same each meal each day. They were also stingy with their mixed drinks or rail drinks. Always needing to ask the bartender to add more alcohol to even be able to feel it. Found ourselves waiting long periods of time to get served at any of the bars. They didnt greet right away and immediately take your order or they were elsewhere instead of behind the bar. Our room had a beatiful ocean view. However, if you are a light sleeper like myself, i recommend you ask for a high level floor. Acapulco traffic is very very noisy. The only thing keeping the sound away in our room was a very thin glass that leads to the balcony. The whole place needs renovation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: value for money is good, pool area, staff is nice.
Cons: the food, I went last August and the quality of the food was really poor this time in comparisson with the last time. the staff was friendly and offer me to order a la carte as I stayed for 5 nights and I got very tired of the poor quality food of the buffets
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was pretty nice and clean at all times, the housekeeping ladies were respectful very nice cleaning service! The pools were amazing specially if you have childrens I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: The hotel had bad wifi and even bad service for phones , very bad service in the rooms. The hallway lights were creepy since they turn on automatic and also the card key to open the door was annoying it kept dis activating more than 3 times.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The attention of the staff
Cons: very old bath towels
