Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and attentive service from staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location and amenities for families. However, there were frequent complaints about the elevators being slow, insufficient, or in poor condition, which negatively impacted the overall experience. Cleanliness and parking also received criticism, with several guests mentioning issues such as unpleasant odors, pests, and long waits for valet service. While some guests enjoyed the food and pool areas, the recurring problems with elevators, cleanliness, and parking detracted from their stays.
