Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, with many highlighting the helpfulness and warmth of the staff. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with several guests noting well-maintained and recently renovated rooms. The breakfast received good feedback for its quality and variety, especially the traditional Japanese options. Amenities such as the onsen, free drinks, and room facilities were highly appreciated and contributed to a relaxing stay. Some guests found the beds a bit hard, but this was often attributed to the traditional tatami experience and did not significantly detract from their overall satisfaction. A few negative comments were made about service lapses, cleanliness, and breakfast availability, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences shared by most guests.
