Pros: Warm welcome. Room was plenty warm, good Wi-Fi and the quietest room I've stayed in - I am a very frequent traveller - though had a room to the rear. Terrific breakfast. There are a couple of mini-supermarkets two or three minutes walk away, along with an Indian restaurant and Chinese/fish and chip shop however, the town centre is only ten minutes.

Breakfast was exceptional with a lovely fresh fruit salad to complement the hot meal. Parking arranged at adjacent church hall, a real bonus so close to the town centre.
