Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, making it easy to explore the city and access key attractions. Many reviews also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, contributing to a positive overall experience. However, a significant number of guests mention issues with noise, particularly poor soundproofing in rooms facing the street, which affected their sleep quality. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it average or facing issues like long queues. Cleanliness is generally satisfactory, though a few guests report occasional lapses in room cleaning. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in soundproofing and some amenities could enhance the guest experience.
