Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, many found the rooms to be small, outdated, and in need of renovation, with several complaints about cleanliness and the condition of bathrooms. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere, but issues with amenities such as WiFi, TV, and parking were also mentioned. Overall, the positive aspects were the location and service, while room size, cleanliness, and maintenance were common concerns.
