The hotel is three blocks from the train station, 2 1/2 blocks if you cut through a plaza. The town's center is equally close, through a very nice park.
The bathtub/shower is NOT ADA compliant. Very difficult for anyone with mobility issues to use the shower. Breakfast rather meager for the price.

The person at the front desk was friendly and tried to give as much information as possible. Location is close to the center of the town and we found free parking right in front of the hotel, so that was convenient. It was nice that the hotel provided complimentary chocolates and water bottles. The toiletries they provided were also nice.
Check-in took a very long time (there was no line - it just took around 15 minutes for the clerk to do the actual check-in). I found the shower difficult to operate, and it ended up deluging the bathroom in water. The room was a bit narrow and was monopolized by the bed, leaving very little space to fit my suitcase. The place was fine overall, it's just that the inconveniences were annoying - especially when arriving late at night.
