Pros (+) It was cheap for Labor Day weekend
Cons (-) It was not clean, the a/c unit was disgusting and smelled, the shower fixtures where falling out of the wall, the toilet was not bolted on one side of the floor. We were given an uncleaned room to begin with, then questioned if I was sure it wasn't clean when I asked for another one.

Cons (-) When we arrived at the hotel , we werent placed on the second floor as requested and the television in our room didn't work . The manager came into the room and attempted to fix the tv but it was a failed attempt so he moved us to the next room over and said maintenance would fix that tv. Cons (-) The first room we were given had hairs, sand,and some sort of odd stain on the sheets. I called the front desk and they switched our room. When we arrived at the new room the manager was inside. As we checked the beds, the manager got very mad and was becoming quite irritated that we pulled the sheets down. Pros (+) The location was perfect and a decent sized parking area. Near Military housing, restaurants and stores.
Cons (-) The mold on ceiling above shower head, everytime you sat on toilet made a loud banging noise like it wasn't bolted down, yellow and holes on curtains, old pillows, stains on chairs and carpet. Room just looked really old and not updated.
