Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, public transport, and amenities. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests encountering unclean rooms or issues with housekeeping. Room size was another concern, as many found the rooms and bathrooms to be very small and uncomfortable. Parking posed challenges, including high costs, difficult access, and lack of support from staff. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful or unavailable staff and poor handling of guest issues. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, parking, and service.
