The checkin counter shares space with a saloon style bar and the bartenders check you in. I was a half hour early for the 3:00 checkin time and was told I’d have to wait. While standing at the bar/checkin I was ignored by staff until they were ready to help me. No one bothered to say, “I’ll be right with you” or anything similar.
