I didn't get the opportunity to use the pools, but they looked great. I will come back in the Summer and make sure I take advantage of the entire pool area. Service was excellent.

Cons: Unable to book a table in the Snug for dinner even though we were hotel guests. The only other option was the Fine Dining Restaurant which we didn’t want. So at 7pm we tried to get an early table only to be told there was a wait list for the Snug, we ended up eating elsewhere which was not ideal

Pros: Location is amazing...very relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately I had just had cataract surgery and could not golf, but will definitely return for the golf. Cons: Tea/coffee supplies were not refilled each day. It was difficult to work out were the pool was located - not a lot of information on it was supplied by the resort. It was a nice area but was actually located away from the main resort building, attached to another building on the property. This made it a little awkward to navigate to. Restaurant staff need a little more training in PR.

Cons: For the money being paid, it would be a nice gesture if one serving size containers of both milk and cream was put in the room fridge, for use in coffee or tea. The resort should have its own shuttle, free of charge for guests, to connect the resort, which is at the top of a hill (Bear Mountain) with the business district at the bottom of the hill. It is definitely a turn off to discover that the shuttle service is run by a separate company, and guests have to pay that company for any use of the shuttle.
