Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to downtown, the harbour, and local attractions. The spaciousness and comfort of the rooms, as well as the helpful and friendly staff, were frequently highlighted as positives. Some guests appreciated the recent renovations and amenities like pools and in-suite laundry. However, many were disappointed that free wifi was not included, and a few experienced issues with booking, payment, or minor maintenance. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
