Staff were very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. I had booked a room with two double beds and a kitchen and when we arrived we were given a king bed with a kitchen. The staff were very accommodating and changed our room quickly to a room with two double beds but no kitchen which was alright as we didn't need the kitchen. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and very accommodating.
It would have been nice if the hotel would offer a continental breakfast instead of having to pay for it. I also feel that since we had booked and paid for a double bed suite with kitchen and ended up with a standard room they should have refunded the difference but since we had prepaid they said they couldn't. I feel it was their mistake and not ours. We did like the room and were very comfortable.
Great hotel outside downtown
Hotel was very nice for this price range. We had a std room with king bed that had luxury bedding and very fluffy pillows. Our friends' kids reported that the pool was very cold in the morning, as if they turn off the heat overnight and it was only stating to warm up. Staff were very nice. Dog friendly rooms, but very clean.
The location is not close to many shops and restaurants, the only food or coffee around seemed to be 3 different Tim Hortons, a few blocks away. We drove yrou downtown which was a 10 minute drive.
Staff was very very welcoming. Room was clean and tidy.
The room was very spacious and nice. We were upgraded to King suite which was wonderful. Staff was very helpful.
