Pros: Perfect location, very close to the center, in a very pleasant area. Excellent coffee. Good breakfast, though repetitive and not so varied. After a few days, you might get bored. Due to some problems we had in the first day with the cold water, we were offered a better room, with a very nice terrace, and a bottle of champagne. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The reception area and the breakfast restaurant are very nice, welcoming, with a warm atmosphere.

Cons: The smell in the rooms after the daily cleaning, whereas they use cleaning products containing chlorine. I personally hate that smell which was very persistent. The first room we were offered was quite dark and small, with a window which was closely facing a wall of the neighboring building. It gave us a choking sensation. Lucky us with the cold water problems, as we had to move :). The upgraded room was much more comfortable.

Cons: The rooms could’ve been better soundproofed as noise from both the adjacent and above rooms filtered through quite a lot. The view was of a wall but that’s part and parcel of a city hotel and were we staying longer than a night I’m sure a room with a view can be upgraded to.

Pros: I was in Valencia for 3 nights for the marathon. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and spacious with all the amenieties you would expect large tv (unfortunately no english language channels), kettle with coffee/tea and complimentary toiletteries. The metro is very close to the hotel so it is very easy to travel around the city. The wifi is also one the best I have had in a hotel very fast at all times.

Cons: Only slight problem was that the reception was always busy and was only manned by two people, it really needed to be manned by more people. My card to my room kept reseting every 24 hours for some reason and having to wait in a long line of people checking in to get back into my room was not ideal.

Pros: This hotel is located at the outskirts of Valencia, opposite the Congress Palace and the Casino . You need to use a transport to get to the city centre or vice versa or to the Central Market (Mercado Central). You can also walk for about 60 minutes :)) If you are looking into a cheaper option from the airport to the hotel, you can take the yellow bus number 160 (fare is 1.45 euro/each) from the Valencia airport to Plaza de España. This bus is taking you to the Central Market (Mercado Central) and I highly recommend you to visit this market. The architecture and the goodies are not to be missed. If you stop at Plaza de España, You then walk for about 10 minutes towards Carrer de Quart on Fernando el Católico Rd ( you can ask for directions towards Botanic Garden ) and then find the bus stop to take number 62 (fare is 1.50 euro single) . The bus stop will be Cortes Valencianas ( there are 3 of them with the same name but different bust stop locations, you need to stop at the last one, I don't remember the full name but it starts with capital letter M Cortes Valencianas - M.. You will pass Nuevo Centro, then a second one, and then the third one is yours. This is the closest bus stop to the hotel, is before the water fountain). Taxi to the airport cost 13-14 euros. The room is very spacious , enough storage for clothes, shoes, safety money box , as well as mini fridge . The bathroom is well equipped and they provide toiletries. What I loved most was the music in the bathroom and the 4 option channels to choose from. We have been listening to channel 1. Good breakfast including traditional Spanish breakfast with toast bread, tomatoes and garlic or churros with chocolate or fartons with horchata . Natural orange juice available. Coffees, teas, cappuccino , fruits and 3-4 choices of cheese, bacon, sausages, scramble eggs, fried eggs and so on. The swimming pool is on the first floor with warm water and Jacuzzi. Is covered and has nice music.

Pros: The rooms were extremely spacious. We are a family of four travelling with a 12 and 15 year old. To find the right rooms is always somewhat difficult. This hotel was superb. Family room for two adults and 12 year old and 15 year old in room right next door. Extremely happy and so were the ‘kids’. Extremely clean. Staff amazing. It is a little further out of town but the taxi rank right outside resolves those issues and there are buses and the metro close by.

If you stop at Plaza de España, You then walk for about 10 minutes towards Carrer de Quart on Fernando el Católico Rd ( you can ask for directions towards Botanic Garden ) and then find the bus stop to take number 62 (fare is 1.50 euro single) . The bus stop will be Cortes Valencianas ( there are 3 of them with the same name but different bust stop locations, you need to stop at the last one, I don't remember the full name but it starts with capital letter M Cortes Valencianas - M.. You will pass Nuevo Centro, then a second one, and then the third one is yours. This is the closest bus stop to the hotel, is before the water fountain). Taxi to the airport cost 13-14 euros. The room is very spacious , enough storage for clothes, shoes, safety money box , as well as mini fridge . The bathroom is well equipped and they provide toiletries. What I loved most was the music in the bathroom and the 4 option channels to choose from. We have been listening to channel 1. Good breakfast including traditional Spanish breakfast with toast bread, tomatoes and garlic or churros with chocolate or fartons with horchata . Natural orange juice available. Coffees, teas, cappuccino , fruits and 3-4 choices of cheese, bacon, sausages, scramble eggs, fried eggs and so on. The swimming pool is on the first floor with warm water and Jacuzzi. Is covered and has nice music.
Cons: We went in January and the temperature outside wasn't friendly, it was a little bit inconvenient to walk thru cold air from the hotel into the swimming pool on first floor. The Jacuzzi has cold jets and it has quite cold water. I used Jacuzzi before and I always had warm water. The sauna is on the second floor, and again is very uncomfortable to walk thru cold air from the swimming pool into the first floor and then to the second floor. You have to pay 10 euro as a guarantee for swimming pool's towel.

Pros: The rooms were extremely spacious. We are a family of four travelling with a 12 and 15 year old. To find the right rooms is always somewhat difficult. This hotel was superb. Family room for two adults and 12 year old and 15 year old in room right next door. Extremely happy and so were the ‘kids’. Extremely clean. Staff amazing. It is a little further out of town but the taxi rank right outside resolves those issues and there are buses and the metro close by.

The hotel has a secure underground car park (with a very small entrance so not suitable for very large vehicles) It's 15 euro per day to park there but well worth it. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city, the service is very good but the drinks are a bit expensive. Rooms are modern bright and very clean.

No elavator and we had to pass like four floors and there is at least one more. Beds are not convinient and some of the facilities are to old and in a bad condition. We paid for one room 90 euro which is to much for such conditions. We slept in same price and even lower in madrid, barcelona in much better places. Room was noisy near the kitchen

Pros:
Cons: The hotel is said to be in old time yet is nowhere near it. It's a solid 40 minute walk to get to the main section of Valencia. The room was extremely basic and had a smell of smoke and the bathroom smelled moldy. Bed was also uncomfortable.

Pros: Stayed with a family for New Years holiday, everything was great! The room was clean, breakfast was very good and all staff in the hotel was very kind and helpful, espesially Tatyana from reception! She was very kind to our family, was always ready to help and answer to all our questions. We liked that hotel very much, next time will be happy to stay there again!

You can walk around and reach the center of the city or many restaurants or attractions. The hotel room (mine was on the 10th floor) was big and comfortable. The bed was very good. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent. Wifi connection was very good. Staff is nice and helpful, they gave us direction for nice restaurant and take reservation for us calling the restaurant.

Cons: be aware of the refugees in this street, they steal the parking spots and you must give them money, some of them are very agressive African people threatning you with their looks! If you dont pay I dont know what they do.

Pros: The location is the best thing about this place - it is perfect, very central to almost everything, easy to navigate to and from and a lot to do within walking distances. The room was spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Very safe and secure building plus entrance. Cons: The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything - from people using the bathroom, having sex, talking, watching TV - you name it and you can hear it. The bathroom was always dirty and the flush was very difficult to use even the woman showing the room couldn't figure it out. Unfortunately, my room smelled awful, like mold, and when I pointed it out they asked the cleaning lady who confirmed it smelled terrible. Instead of relocating me they tried to cover up the smell - it didn't work but hey better than nothing. Sadly only a light autumn blanket is provided so be prepared to be freezing during the winter as the heating hardly works. The TV in the room didn't catch any satellite signal so unfortunately I couldn't use it to drown out the other noises. There are only 2 bathrooms on the entire floor to share with up to 14 other guests - it was a nightmare. The room door has stickers on the glass part for privacy but it is ineffective - light comes in an out all the time. The window was truly sad, no natural light whatsoever. Stayed here for 3 nights and it was the most disappointing accommodation of my entire 2 weeks trip.

Cons: The shower didn't work properly, there was no tea coffee or kettle in the room, I had been travelling a lot and needed to iron a few things for the morning and I was refused an iron, I asked if I could check in and had to wait hours until 14:00. I asked if I could get a drink at the bar while I waited. I was told the bar is only open from seven in the evening, when they opened the bar it took twenty minutes to get served. It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel I mean 4 stars is 1 star away from 5 there just wasn't the finishing touches a 4 star should have, I don't think the above things I said were unreasonable requests for a 4 star hotel, I would not recommend this hotel or stay in it again I have stayed at better 3 star hotels.

Cons: Check in was horrible. I arrived in the pouring rain soaking wet at 13:00 pm and stood in line in front of the reception desk along with the others to get checked in, after 20 minutes it was my turn and I gave my ID, confirmed all was prepaid, and just needed to recieve the card key but was told the room I requested was not available yet and I should wait till the regular check in time at 14:00 pm, so I sat in the Lobby waiting to be handed my card key, at 14:00 pm I asked if I could get my key now but was told you need to stand in line as the others are doing even though I already did that and was checked in. At 14:15 pm I reached the reception desk to get the key to my room, but was told the room still hasn't be cleaned so they searched and searched and gave me another room on a lower floor and I took it. The room was cute but I could not sleep the whole night and got up with a pounding headache, the walls are paper thin and I could hear the conversations in the rooms surrounding mine and I could hear people dropping their shoes or bags onto the floor and moving chairs above my room. There isn't even one electric outlet by the bed only across the room by the TV and lamp stand so I could not plug in my Smartphone by my side as I was using it in bed.

Pros: The kindness of the cleaning staff, they were very helpful and always willing to help
Cons: The overall treat, besides the cleaners nobody care about guests satisfaction, they did not answer my emails with a few concerns before check in and neither when I was there. I asked for a very quiet room and I did not sleep in the whole stay ( 1 week) the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. In front desk someone told me to call reception if I need something that they are 24 hours, however when I called around 8:30pm and more nobody answered the phone from the room even when I made an outside call ( that day I had a very noisy neighbor playing music during the whole night and i felt desolated, nobody helped me

Cons: What kind of hotel has 5 Rooms broken into on the same day and refuses to call the police???
We have just left this hotel after being in the Police station until 2am reporting thefts, 5 different rooms were broken into yesterday. The police confirmed the hotel should have contacted them immediately and they would have come immediately to investigate.
Our room was entered 4 times after we left for the day by hotel staff and management, seems very strange?! The beds were made then all our stuff was ransacked thrown all over the beds. Luggage which had padlocks on them had tge zips ripped open, nothing was left untouched so they clearly spent a while in there.
Laptops, Ipads, cash and jewelry were taken from different groups of international travellers all conveniently checking out the next morning.
But reception and management were not helpful and refused to take any responsibility, they did not want to do anything, advised us we could report ourselves to police if we really wanted wth?!
There are no safes in the rooms and bags that were locked with padlocks had the zips ripped open and the thieves spent alot of time going through stuff.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE or have a hotel that will actually care about its patrons!

Pros: Great location close to the metro and walkable to many interesting sites. It's right by a shopping centre as well which makes it even more convenient. There was a lovely piano bar to enjoy a drink. Very comfortable stay and very good hotel breakfast.
Cons: It would've been nice if there were room service but it wasn't such an issue. Also the AC wasn't working well for cooling but we were able to open a window.

Pros: This is the first hotel that i have stayed at that doesn’t provide water, toothpaste and other essentials. The vending machines downstairs were also empty. We came late, and asked for some water but the staff said “sorry. There is nothing we could do about it. Its late”. I didnt think it would be so hard to please the customers with some water like that

Cons: I hate the fact that the balcony door didn’t have a door, i felt unsafe because someone knock on our door at midnight asking us to pay their bill and then gentleman was outside screaming and then we could se him from our balcony and started yelling at us and we call reception and I asked if they could please come assist us and they said that they couldn’t leave the front door alone and he was working by himself. Asked if he could : 1- lock my door 2- give me a different room 3- give me my money back so I can go to a safe place and they refused to all 3, so I’m extremely disappointed ☹️
