Hotel was well appointed. Single room had a balcony which looked over the city
The hotel is about a 30min walk from the centre of the old city and train station. Not too far (and there are plenty of busses), but given the size of Valencia there are plently of other options closer to the centre.
location was very good, for beach, shopping and visit the town. The balcony was very nice and very large with a nice view to Art Palace
The room are very small even for only one person. And the bathroom has no space enough for anything. Is it claustrophobic!!
The room was very warm. I could not get the air conditioning to work properly.
Good location.
There wasn't any soap for washing our hands. Rooms are very very noisy. Breakfast and parking too expensive when it is so easy to find alternative solutions.
I liked the location and the gorgeous view from the balcony, the mattress, the pillow and the sheets, but that was it.
Unfortunately there were too many things I didn't like at this hotel. Firstly, the staff is highly professional and very helpful, but totally unfriendly; but then, this is what I've noticed generally about customer service in Valencia. Secondly, I didn't enjoy the dirty balcony, including the furniture, as I got my cloths dirty; I also wasn't happy to watch a bug crawling out of the bath tub. Thirdly, the use of a small space is not wisely used (at all) - on the contrary. The room might have been refurbished, but in a non-logical way, which makes the room uncomfortable; last, but not least: slow elevators (probably not the wisest programming?).
reasonable location
